About me

I specialise in supporting clients with low self-esteem or who sometimes feel overwhelmed when making career and lifestyle choices.

My Approach to personal Development Coaching

The ethos of my business is to provide clients with the tools and techniques needed to build their capacity to self-coach and decide for themselves what, if any, changes they wish to make. Although client outcomes are as individual as the clients themselves, my aim is consistent - to ensure you are equipped to maintain your personal development beyond our coaching relationship.

I will support you to identify your core values and strengths, the building blocks from which to develop self-awareness and confidence. You will also be encouraged to explore any self-limiting beliefs or negative thoughts preventing you from making informed and focussed decisions about your career and lifestyle.

Bespoke Resources

Preparatory paperwork is sent out in advance of our first meeting in order to gain mutual understanding as to what you would like to achieve through coaching.  Preliminary materials are then supplemented by bespoke tools and guidance on the issues arising from our coaching sessions.

Where

After a short introductory telephone conversation and preliminary face to face meeting, coaching can continue face to face, by telephone or online.  When meeting in person we will choose a public setting where you feel most at ease and able to talk.  If you are inspired by the creative arts, there is an option of meeting at an art gallery housed in a listed barn close to the Cotswold village of Broadway.

Most recent client testimonials:

Sandra helped me to find the answers myself by enabling me to draw upon who I am, what I’m good at, building my trust and confidence in those things that were there inside me. I felt so much more in control of my own mind and being (in my career but also in my personal life) as a result of the work done with Sandra. I would highly recommend her to anyone. (HD, Avon)

I cannot thank Sandra enough. It was really the best discussion I can remember having with any career coach. Highly recommended. (AF Warwickshire.)

I'd dreamed of making some serious life and work changes for several years but had been too conflicted to change things. Sandra helped me to breakdown the issues I was facing and gave me the courage and the confidence to move forward.  I am indebted to her for her support and have never looked back.  (K, West Midlands)

The sessions I had with Sandra helped me to focus on what was important in my life and how to deal with the negative obstacles I faced,  to strive forward to reach new goals. (C, West Midlands)
