Richard Low - ADHD & Life Coach
I am an ADHD coach engaging with adults, students and families. I help clients with ADHD transform their lives; from the stress and anxiety of their ADHD symptoms to a better life where they can confidently, understand, manage and thrive with their ADHD.
Access to Coaching
All of my coaching is done over the phone or on Zoom or Skype.
I offer a FREE initial consultation. Each coaching session lasts an hour and these are easily booked via my website. 'Real & sustainable' change does not happen over night; many clients sign up for longer periods of coaching.
I also offer coaching on Saturday mornings for those who cannot make the weekdays.
How Can Coaching Help You?
Parents can make the single biggest difference in their child's life, so I encourage the child and their parents to come to me for coaching. I will help them to not only understand their child's ADHD mind but also provide information and strategies to help interact with their child in a more positive way.
I coach young adults and students. After school, a lot of the scaffolding and familial support they are used to gets stripped away and this often leads to clients being unable to get or hang onto a job or stay in further education. I'm experienced in preparation training; and working with parents and children helping them get ready for the start of school or university. Interventions that work for both school and child ensuring the most challenging of experiences can be well prepared for.
I coach adults of all ages who are struggling in the workplace or at home.
All our coaching will come from a focus on my clients' strengths. It's easier to fortify strengths than shore up weaknesses. ADHD clients often suffer from having a high volume of negative thoughts and feelings so again concentrating on the positive really helps transform them.

Working with Richard has made a huge difference to my life since we started coaching.... I’d recommend Richard to anyone who’d like to break through the barriers that ADHD causes and learn how to work with their brain rather than against it. >> Sebastian, IT Project Manager, London
Richard is a very able and balanced coach. As well as his very competent ADHD coaching, his grasp of business principles and the typical challenges in a business environment has proved invaluable – I feel that with this additional business perspective, the coaching is just so much more effective in our specific situation – if you are needing help at least partly with challenges in a work environment, this is an important consideration. >> Anonymous, England
It is still early days for me on this journey but with Richard’s help I am moving from a position of being overwhelmed with stress, worry and anxiety about life to one of optimistically looking forward to the future with good strategies for coping in place. I would definitely recommend Richard as a coach. >> Rachel, England
You encouraged me to find solutions and problems for myself, rather than telling me what I should and shouldn’t do. >> Toby, Masters Student, Iceland
