I specialise in coaching clients with ADHD. My motives for specialising in ADHD were simple, one of my children has ADHD. My coaching practice is here to help both the parents and their kids or young adults with ADHD. I also coach students and adult clients. I am available to give talks to parents and educators on the subject of ADHD.
My coaching is done over the phone, Skype or Zoom, so you can be coached from the comfort of your own home or office. Adolescents seem prefer this form of communication, somehow it's less invasive. Sessions are usually booked every week and last an hour. 'Real & sustainable' change does not happen over night, so many clients sign up for longer periods of coaching. I'm experienced in preparation training; and working with parents and children helping them get ready for the start of school. Interventions that work for both school and child ensuring the most challenging of experiences can be well prepared for.
I currently hold limited sessions on Saturday mornings for those who cannot make the weekdays.
A MESSAGE FOR POTENTIAL CLIENTS
Parents can make the single biggest difference in their child's life, so I encourage the child and their parents to come to me for coaching. I will help them to not only understand their child's ADHD mind but also provide information and strategies to help interact with their child in a more positive way.
I coach young adults and students. After school, a lot of the scaffolding and familial support they are used to gets stripped away and this often leads to clients being unable to get or hang onto a job or stay in further education.
I coach adults who are struggling in the workplace or at home.
All my coaching comes from a focus on a clients' strengths. It's easier to fortify strengths than shore up weaknesses and this is the reason for using this method. ADHD clients often suffer from having a high volume of negative thoughts so again concentrating on the positive really helps transform them.
I offer a FREE half hour "no strings attached" consultation call. Call now, it could change your life or the life of someone you love forever.
