About me

I am a Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in both in-house and consultancy roles. Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of working with a diverse client base, providing expert assessment and development solutions for graduates and senior leaders both privately and within various large-scale public sector organisations across the UK.

As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and an MISCP Accredited Coaching Psychologist, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table and offer a personalised approach to guiding individuals towards professional success and personal fulfilment. Through tailored coaching sessions, I seek to empower clients to unlock their full potential, navigate career/life transitions, and overcome obstacles with confidence and clarity.

Drawing upon my experience, I integrate psychological principles and techniques into the coaching process to deliver an evidence-based approach to personal and professional development.

My coaching services are tailored to assist clients in:

  • Building Confidence & Developing Resilience
  • Navigating Challenges & Overcoming Psychological Barriers to Success
  • Enhancing Assertiveness & Communication Skills
  • Promoting Well-being & Achieving Work-Life Balance
  • Enhancing Leadership Skills
  • Preparing for Important Events (e.g., Interviews and Presentations)
