Many of my clients who come to me are navigating stress, career pressure, parenting identity shifts, low confidence, self-esteem and cultural or family expectations that leave them feeling stuck between who they are and who they’re “supposed” to be.
I support individuals experiencing burnout, anxiety, career transitions and personal development crossroads to reconnect with themselves, rebuild confidence and create a life that feels authentic, balanced and aligned.
About Me
I’m Priya, an ICF-certified life coach and mindfulness practitioner, born and raised in the UK to South Asian immigrant parents. Growing up between two cultures meant learning to live with high expectations, people-pleasing tendencies and loyalty to cultural traditions, often at the cost of my own voice and authentic identity.
I followed the corporate pathway I was “expected to take,” worked hard for success, became a mother, and yet lost connection with who I really was. From the outside, I was coping, but inside I felt exhausted, emotionally disconnected and unsure of what fulfilled me anymore.
Discovering mindfulness and professional coaching transformed my life. It gave me the tools to regulate stress, rebuild self-belief, unlearn inherited expectations and make choices that aligned with who I truly am, both as a woman and as a parent.
Now, I use that same approach to help other women do exactly that.

Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions, small-group workshops and coaching programmes.
Individual sessions are typically £65 per hour, with discounted rates available for block bookings and programmes. Group workshops and longer programmes are priced separately depending on the format and length.
I’m always happy to discuss options during a free discovery call so you can find an approach that feels supportive and accessible for you.

You don’t need to arrive at coaching with a clear goal or a perfectly formed plan. Many clients come simply feeling exhausted, stuck or unsure of themselves, and that is more than enough to begin.
My coaching style is gentle, compassionate and supportive while also being honest and growth-focused. I create a calm, non-judgemental space where you can show up exactly as you are, no fixing, striving or performing required.
Sessions are available online and are suitable for clients around the world. I also run small-group workshops and coaching programmes, which can be delivered both in person and online, offering supportive spaces for shared learning, reflection and connection.
We usually begin with a few sessions to gently explore what’s been weighing on you and what you’d most like to feel differently, before moving into future-focused coaching tailored to your needs.
Coaching is not therapy, but it works beautifully alongside counselling or therapeutic support.
