About me
Personal background
I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Barcelona. I've lived in Madrid and Rome but I'm currently living in London. The way my parents brought me up allowed me to be very open, someone who respects and understands other humans.
My constant impulse to help others was the reason why I decided to study Law. After some time working as a Lawyer and having experienced some challenging and hard situations I realised it wasn't for me. I wanted to help others personally, spiritually and emotionally. I noticed that when I did help others I felt alive. I could be discussing someone's personal situation for hours to try to find the solution or learning behind it and could keep going on and on and on... I felt the “thing” in my entire body that everyone talks about, that energy that makes you believe you're capable of anything and that gives you sense of living.
The reason why I decided to become a Coach was because I personally went through a process during a very difficult moment that completely changed my life. I experienced in first hand the power of will, intention and planning and I wanted to show everyone how it worked.
Training, qualifications & experience
Professional background
I'm trained in Functional Coaching approved ACSTH by ICF and Team and Systemic Coaching approved CCE by ICF.
Since I recall from my earliest memories I was always very curious and intuitive, especially when it came to emotions, expressing myself, communicating with others and understanding others intentions and needs.
I’m very proud to say that I have found my purpose and it is to help others see their inner potential and how they can use it to get to where they want to be. I'm very passionate about personal development, building healthy relationships, learning how to practice self-esteem and guiding others in finding confidence and awareness in their path.
I use a structured Coaching Model created by Sir John Whitmore that will help you design your goals, gain more clarity on what your starting point is and how to meet your personal or professional goals with the resources and options you have.
This coaching model is called the Grow Coaching Model and has the following stages:
Goal: determining outcome and goals of the session.
Reality: giving clarity about the current situation and feelings.
Options: map of options.
Will: choices and plan.
