About me

Are you seeking a supportive space to recover from burnout or find the courage to speak your truth in high-pressure environments? I am a qualified, experienced coach (Diploma in Coaching, member of the AC) and somatic practitioner, and I bring over twenty years of experience from frontline and leadership roles within the not-for-profit and public sectors. I also trained for seven years in Performance Psychology, and am passionate about supporting people to show up and communicate authentically.

My approach moves beyond the intellectual side of growth to also explore what your body and nervous system are telling you. Using an embodied approach, we can create the physiological safety required to sustain real change. This work is particularly effective for those who feel they are constantly spinning plates or masking their true selves to meet the demands of their roles.

I believe that true transformation happens when we align the head, heart, and body. We will work together to build a foundational toolkit that allows you to lead, communicate, and live with authenticity and courage. You do not have to do it all on your own. I work as your thinking partner to help you rediscover the essential tools for thriving while ensuring you feel safe to show up as your whole and powerful self.

How I can help you:

  • Burnout Prevention and Recovery: Identifying early warning signs and building resources to protect your long-term wellbeing.
  • Courageous Communication: Developing the confidence to have difficult conversations and find your voice in challenging situations.
  • Nervous System Regulation: Understanding your physiological responses to stress to remain grounded under pressure.
  • Whole Person Leadership: Aligning your presence, voice, and values to lead with greater impact and less effort.
  • Boundary Setting: Creating clear limits that protect your energy and prevent emotional exhaustion.

Thank you so much for all the encouragement and support... It feels great to be starting a new chapter in my life with a clear plan and a fresh belief in what might be possible thanks to the work we have done together" (G, coaching client)

Camille is the founder of a small social enterprise, who was looking for support with burnout, challenges relating to neurodivergence, and navigating organisational change. They had found talking therapies and leadership development work helpful, but felt they needed a more embodied approach to improving their energy levels, managing boundaries, and dealing with uncertainty. We had ten monthly sessions, during which time, Camille discovered tools and techniques that allowed them to rest, recharge, develop resilient strategies for managing change, and feel more confident in asking for help. They said that they had found their sessions extremely valuable because of the safety offered, and the permission to experiment, take risks, and unmask.

Claire is a senior leader in the public sector, who was looking for help with career decisions and speaking up for her needs. We explored assertive communication, self-worth and what might be behind her responses when she side-lines her own needs or over-commits at work. Through taking space to consider her options, work with a thinking partner and develop new insights about herself, Claire was able to confidently make decisions about what she wanted from her job, find better work-life balance and practice speaking up for her own needs. She said,

I’m not sure what I was expecting, but this went way beyond what I thought it would be. My life looks so different now to when we started - some of that might have happened anyway but I’ve responded to changes and decisions with more clarity and confidence”.
