About me
My own life experiences inspired me to want to become a trained coach. I don't want to say too much about myself, because the process of coaching is about the individual.
I am passionate about supporting people who feel stuck to make change in their lives and improve the quality of their lives.
During a coaching session, I give you space to speak freely and uninterrupted. This is not something that often happens in everyday conversations between friends, family and colleagues, where a conversation can be like a game of tennis. When a person has the opportunity to talk, it enables them to explore and go deeper with their thoughts and experiences.
As the coach, I will listen to you and recount my understanding of what you have said. People often find this very beneficial, because to hear their own words back gives them a chance to reflect, clarify and make new realisations.
You are always in control of the session and if I feel I can challenge you on something for the sake of increasing your insight and growth, I will ask you if it is ok first.
I feel passionately about the power of coaching and about it being accessible to everyone. My rates are considered affordable in the world of coaching. However, if they are too high for you, please make contact with me to discuss.
