My role as coach is to help unlock your potential, reinforce your strengths and address any negative beliefs, all with the aim of bringing you closer to your goals.

Coaching programme
A typical coaching programme consists of 2 x 1-hour coaching sessions per month with email and text support as required in between sessions.
The coaching sessions can take place via online calls or in person depending on the location of the client.
Generally, programmes begin for a minimum of 3-months with two sessions per month so that the client will get the full benefit of the coaching process rather than a quick fix.

I am passionate about developing full potential and consider myself to be strongly committed to moving clients forward to meet and often exceed their desired goals and aspirations.
My key strengths are a friendly and positive attitude with an enthusiastic drive, together with an expertise of aligning personal values and principles.
Coming from an Italian family and speaking the language with an exeptional understanding of the Italian culture and traditions.
I have particularly enjoyed running retreats for women both in the UK and in the beautiful olive groves and vineyards of Le Marche in Italy.
Although I have recently lived in Italy, I now enjoy life in Cornwall with my husband Andrew and Italian rescue dog Missy. My adult sons, Pietro and Nic, live in Melbourne, Australia and London respectively.
