About me
Are you ready to CONNECT with life?
My name is Lin Courage - I am a qualified and certified professional Life and Mindset Coach and accredited master NLP practitioner providing private 1:1 coaching and mentoring, group coaching, corporate consulting and facilitation, workshops and in-person retreats.
I am a teacher of Emotional Resilience - the art of using your emotions and experiences to fuel rather than foil you.
In private coaching I support women to use their emotions and experiences to create a life that excites them and empowers their dreams and ambitions.
Together we will navigate professional and personal challenges such as; grief, motherhood, relationships, lifestyle and balance, career change and leadership, business, remote working and communication.
I give particular focus to overcoming negative emotions such as overwhelm, confidence, stress, anxiety, shame and self doubt that influence your life experience.
More often than not it can feel like life is happening TO us, we are at the mercy of our day and circumstances and it is my mission to show you another way.
As a Personal Life Coach and Master NLP Practitioner, it is my privilege to share my professional knowledge.
As a mother to 3 boys, a wife and a business owner it is my passion to connect with you as a fellow human being.

Investment starts from £99 for a single 1:1 session. Bespoke programmes are available following an initial free Connection Session. Other options including group and couples coaching are available.
