About me
Currently working towards BPS Chartered Coaching Psychologist status (MSc Coaching Psychology at the University of Chichester [BPS accredited]) and towards a Level 5 Professional Psychotherapeutic Counselling Diploma (NCPS accredited).
I started out as a Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach, then found I enjoy helping people navigate challenging family dynamics. These same dynamics can follow us into other social situations, including workplaces. Whether navigating difficult parents or difficult colleagues, such relationships can leave one feeling guilty, anxious, drained, or disconnected from one's values. Growing in self-differentiation means you do not necessarily need to cut ties to find peace with others. Change is possible, even when you can't change those around you.
I also enjoy facilitating creative collaborative conversations for any coaching situation, or goal brought to me, to help individuals work towards more fulfilled and authentic living.
I help individuals realise their true goals, embrace change, find and develop their strengths whilst bringing unconscious blocks into conscious view, so they can be shifted/worked through. I enjoy coaching for wellbeing, life balance, resilience, life transitions, personal or professional development, improved executive function, and for relationships and communication.
My approach is holistic and integrative, combining empathic counselling skills with psychological theory and is rooted in Bowen Systems Theory. Coaching psychology keeps a focus on forward momentum, and the counselling skills help to address deep-rooted problems that are hindering that forward motion.
I also enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, and AuDHD, with individuals who grew up in dysfunctional families, and I am trauma-informed.

God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, of love and of a sound mind; as such, I love to help others become transformed by the renewing of their mind and to facilitate a space where limiting beliefs or unconscious (or conscious) fears can be faced, brought to light and worked through.
The coach and coachee relationship is a collaborative one where iron sharpens iron.
*Group coaching for those who are coming out of narcissistically abusive families or relationships is coming soon.*
In my spare time, I can be found reading and researching in all subjects psychology, coaching and counselling related, meditating on scripture, drawing and writing/producing music.
