About me
Hi, great to see you here. That probably means there’s something that you’d like to change in your life. I’m here to help you, whether it’s a personal or professional change and I can help you get there, quicker.
You might be overwhelmed with options, just not finding enough time, not sure how to get there, or you might not have figured out what it is yet. Having used a coach myself and seen the benefits coaching can bring, it's made me more passionate about what's possible and want to share that with other people, to help them in their own transformation.
Changing career to focus on people rather than profits, I really enjoy working with different people and helping them realise their own growth towards what makes them happy. With broad coaching experience, I can help identify if anything might be holding you back and work through that mindset to release any blockers. Combined with many years corporate experience, I’ve worked with large teams and navigated complex organisations, aware of the pressures faced and what’s required for individual growth both personally and professionally.
I also have a history of competitive sport and know how important it is to adopt a healthy mindset, and that it’s actually the key, to achieve any kind of goal. Achieving something is rarely only about qualities such as physical strength, qualifications or willpower; the right mindset always underpins the drive to make it happen. I can set you on the right path and get a winning action plan in place.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
