I will offer a confidential and professional service to inspire you. I am passionate and committed to support you to remember who you are, gain clarity, move forward, take back control and feel empowered using practical exercises and strategies.
I am an accredited Break up & Divorce Coach trained and approved by Sara Davison Global Enterprise LTD. I am also approved by the 'dash' Charity (Domestic abuse stops here) to provide coaching to victims of abuse.
As an Autism specialist I have over 20 years experience as a teacher, mentor and coach of young people and adults preparing for adulthood and life navigation. I can coach individuals and also happy to work with parents to provide support and advice to implement strategies, structure and routine.

£45.00 per session
Additional information
A free 15 minute initial consultation to new clients to discuss needs, there is no obligation to book.
All coaching is online for 55 minutes.
