Hilary Lees

Hello, I am Hilary Lees and I am a Career and Leadership Coach who specialises in helping busy, professionals navigate career and life transitions and crucially remain resilient whilst doing so. Informed by my former career as a mental health clinician I use practical tools and techniques to help clients move from a place of stress, overwhelm, or nearing burnout, to feeling calm, clear, in control and confident in their next steps. I have a particular interest in helping clients overcome limiting Imposter fears and beliefs, empowering them to transform their thinking so they thrive in their life and work.

Resilience coaching

My coaching programmes are typically four to six sessions, depending on need and I have payment plans to assist with affordability. I can also be flexible with my fees to suit differing budgets.
