About me
Hi, I'm Helen. I'm a coach for Founders, Freelancers & Rebels, this is also the name of my published book. I'm here to support creative individuals and teams with powerful life and business coaching.
I have extensive experience in PR and communications, which means I'm an excellent choice for teams and individuals who work in media and creative roles.
Authenticity is super important to me. We won't 'fake it to make it' in my sessions, we'll be genuine, find clarity and make progress together.

I have an ILM coaching diploma, a PR diploma (CIPR) and a degree in Media Production.
I'm also a member of Proud Wellness and accredited by the EMCC.
I co-founded and co-ran the first ever Hay Pride in Hay-on-Wye.
