About me

About Me

I’m a certified Life Coach working particularly well with women who are used to being the emotional adult in every room. Many of my clients appear capable on the outside but feel emotionally tired, overstretched, or quietly disconnected from themselves.

My work focuses on self-worth, burnout, and life transitions. I support women who are ready to stop pushing, untangle unhelpful patterns, and make sense of where they are without judgement or pressure. This isn’t about fixing yourself or forcing change. It’s about slowing things down enough to regain clarity and trust in your own decisions.

How I Work

My approach is calm, practical, and honest. We look at what’s actually happening in your life, what’s draining your energy, and what keeps pulling you out of balance. From there, we work steadily and realistically, building awareness and making changes that feel manageable and grounded.

Sessions are shaped around you, your pace, and your capacity. I don’t use rigid formulas or motivational pressure. The aim is steadiness, not intensity, and progress that fits real life rather than an ideal version of it.

Services Offered

I offer one-to-one coaching, group work, and workshops for women who feel worn down, or at a point where things don’t feel quite right anymore.

Most of the women I work with are capable, responsible, and used to coping. They’re often holding a lot, thinking a lot, and quietly exhausted by it. Coaching gives you space to slow things down, look clearly at what’s going on, and make sense of where you are without judgement or pressure to change everything at once.

One-to-one sessions are calm and practical. We focus on what’s actually happening in your life, what’s draining you, and what feels unsustainable. From there, we work steadily and realistically, at your pace, making adjustments that feel doable rather than overwhelming.

I also run group sessions and workshops around themes such as burnout, emotional clarity, self-worth, and navigating periods of change. These offer structure and support without intensity or performance.

Reiki is available if it feels supportive for you. Some clients choose it on its own, others alongside coaching, as a way to settle the nervous system and create a sense of calm.

Training, qualifications & experience

I’m a certified Life Coach with a professional background in creative and reflective practice. I hold a degree in Design Photography from Plymouth University, where my work explored identity, perception, and how people relate to themselves, foundations that strongly inform how I work as a coach today.

My coaching training is grounded in practical, reflective models that support clarity, decision-making, and sustainable change. I work with clients who are capable and thoughtful, but often stuck in over-functioning, overthinking, or carrying responsibility for too much over a long period of time.

Alongside formal training, my work is informed by extensive lived experience and a clear understanding of how long-term pressure, stress, and self-doubt affect judgement and confidence. I bring a calm, structured approach that helps clients step back, see things more clearly, and make grounded decisions about what comes next.

I am also a qualified Reiki Master. Reiki is offered as an optional, supportive practice for clients who find it helpful, but my core work is coaching.

Areas of coaching I deal with

Other areas of coaching I deal with

My coaching often supports women at points where clear thinking feels harder than it should. This can include navigating career or work-life decisions, leadership or responsibility pressure, shifts in identity, or periods of change where direction feels unclear.

The focus is on perspective, self-trust, and decision-making, particularly for those who tend to overthink or over-function. Coaching is practical and forward-looking, helping clients step back, see situations more clearly, and decide what makes sense for them next.

Additional information

My fees are structured to offer clarity and flexibility, depending on how you would like to work with me.

Most clients choose my three-session coaching package, priced at £160. This is the usual starting point and is designed to give us enough space to explore what’s going on, gain clarity, and begin making grounded changes without committing to long-term work straight away.

Single coaching sessions are also available £42 for 45-minutes and £75 for a 90-minute session. These are suitable if you need a one-off space to think something through or prefer a standalone session.

For clients who find ongoing support helpful, I offer longer-term coaching packages over four, six, or twelve months. These provide continuity and a steadier pace for deeper, sustained change. Pricing for these options is outlined on my booking page.

Reiki sessions are available as a standalone service or alongside coaching, with current prices listed at the point of booking.

If finances are a genuine barrier, please raise this at our discovery call and we can discuss what feels manageable.

Further information

Much of my work supports women who have been the capable one for a long time. The reliable one. The one who keeps everything moving. Over time the roles can become heavy and isolating. Coaching offers a steady space to step out of performance, think clearly and decide what genuinely makes sense for you next. The aim is not dramatic reinvention. It is grounded clarity, realistic change, and a stronger relationship with your own judgement.
