About us

Hi, I’m Barry, a Life Psychologist & Chartered Environmentalist. I specialise in helping people understand how to write the story of their own lives, so that they can decide how it unfolds.  This process explores you as an individual, your responses to your surroundings and life circumstances and how they interact with your well-being. Because well-being isn't caused by the person or the environment alone, but by the dynamic interplay between them. It's more than personal development from life coaching; it’s a deeper practical knowledge of life itself and what this means to you, who you are and how you find well-being, through sense, meaning and purpose.

Life encompasses the interaction between you and your surroundings, including Society, Environment and Economic (SEE) factors and as this becomes increasingly complex, it's no wonder that people find it difficult to cope from time to time. However, all specialists realise that organised learning leads to competency. We all depend on what we know to ensure we have the knowledge and skill to fly a plane, build a house, program a computer, bake a cake, or even run our lives. So, improving our understanding of ourselves and this interconnectedness with the state of things as they actually exist improves our chances of understanding these pressures and finding the resources needed to meet the challenges we face.

If you want the good life, understanding the world around you, how it works, who you are and knowing what you do is the only rational route to wellbeing. I provide training that is key to understanding life, recognising that being “life-ready” is the highest priority in finding the best you, you can be. All of us need to know more about how life works, because mastery of the mind is the only true freedom. To know about things, how they operate and why they are important, before we try to live, is about developing a preparedness that produces better outcomes, to be in the right place, at the right time.

Life Management Training (LMT) is the only natural route to finding your niche in life, because it is the knowledge of life, made by nature. Being well-prepared increases life competence by building a better "before", to ensure a happy ever after. Knowing life helps you understand Oneness, which involves a unity among thoughts, feelings, and intentions, thereby supporting good decision-making. This is based on a powerful internal and external understanding of a “mind-power that has no fear”. To find this happy place, we also provide one-to-one coaching and regular debriefs to ensure support on your journey towards being you.

You can take control of your life by understanding the world around you, improving your lifestyle and enjoying all the mental health benefits that follow. By getting started today, you can have a better tomorrow…because changing your mind will change your life, but only for the better.

Life Psychology - sustainably meeting your needs today whilst delivering life-long continuous improvement into the future…

Areas of coaching we deal with

Other areas of coaching we deal with

To date, most people's lives, have experienced difficulty, because they have been experiencing iSEE factors in the wrong order:

ESEi (EASY) = Crisis

Economics - Career, poverty, inequality & exploitation
Society - Divergence, incompatibility, injustice & breakdown
Environment - Overpopulation, climate change, pollution & Loss of wildlife
Individuals - Health problems, relationships, poor work-life balance & lifestyle

This causes:

  • Overpopulation
  • Resources depletion
  • Climate change
  • Anxiety, depression, phobias, and all other mental health issues

However, in the correct order:

iSEE = Life Knowledge

Individuals  - Respect & freedom
Society  - Amazing culture
Environment - Clean & beautiful world
Economics  - Provide for all your needs & wants

This causes:

  • Sustainable population
  • Resource management
  • Working with nature

“This workshop session was extremely valuable in helping me decide to book my course. It was friendly, informative and non-pressurized. It was a revelation that in just a couple of hours I could have a new direction and change my life. I have never looked back and became a Life Management Trainer at the Faculty of Life in 2021.”

Steve Scagell - Web Designer - Devon

“I found this course to be informative and interesting. It brought a sense of grounding to my mind. I now have a greater understanding of how the world works in all its ways, how learning takes place and knowledge of my basic thoughts, actions and emotions. I love the way it allows for the individuality of every person. It is not asking you to change in any way, just improve/level up. It felt realistic and achievable.”

Roberta Lesley T – Accounts Manager – Devon

Well-being

Over the past 40 years my research has focused on understanding the individual, Society, Environment and Economics and these iSEE factors with the correct priority and interconnectedness, can avoid mental health issues - particularly those associated with neurodiversity.

To be who you are, you need to find yourself and know the world around you and how it relates to everything.
