I am responsible for the oversight, instruction and feedback; guiding, training and correcting all our Life Management Trainers and coaches at the Faculty of Life.
This role provides the key to quality assurance in the Faculty's delivery of Life Management and coaching content across the workplace, health and society, environment and economic sustainability.
Having a single point of contact as the source of training allows us to maintain high standards, a formative environment and ethics within the organisation, which supports our objective and effectiveness.
