My background is equestrian and public relations, I have coached riding all my life and started mental performance coaching in 2012 initially in the equestrian world and quickly moving into other sports and the world of work. I have a grown up family of three children and have been married for over 30 years. I bring all of my training and experience to my work in supporting my clients minds to work for them rather than against them.

Fees
£150.00 per session
Additional information
I find that clients value time to settle in and 'download' during the first session which is two hours and subsequent sessions are 1 1/2 hours. We will cover a lot of ground in these longer sessions and often clients find that 2 - 4 sessions puts them on track.
However if clients feel they would like ongoing mentoring I have a reduced monthly rate of £100 per month for 1 1/2 hours.
