About me
A place to slow down and find your next step
If you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or quietly overwhelmed, you’re not alone and you’re not failing. There are moments in life - and in work - when things stop feeling clear.
You may be outwardly capable, experienced, and reliable, yet underneath feel stuck, drained, or unsure of what comes next. The direction that once felt obvious has blurred. Decisions carry more weight. And the space to think things through properly feels hard to find.
This is especially true during periods of change or uncertainty. When things feel important, or when there’s a lot to hold, clarity matters. Yet it’s often the first thing to slip away.
What’s often needed isn’t answers, but space: space to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what matters.
I’m not talking quick fixes or ready-made answers but really slowing things down enough to make sense of what’s really going on.
A grounded, experienced coaching relationship
Behind this space is deep experience of working with people across life and career stages, from those feeling overwhelmed or uncertain, to high performers and leaders navigating complexity and responsibility.
The approach is shaped by decades of real-world experience across sectors, and an understanding of what it’s like to carry responsibility for others while managing your own direction and wellbeing.
The aim is not transformation for its own sake, but sustainable change: clearer thinking, stronger self-trust, and practical steps that move you forward with steadiness rather than strain.
Leadership without losing yourself
Leadership today asks a great deal.
It calls for steadiness in uncertainty, compassion under pressure, and the ability to stay anchored in your values while everything else shifts.
Many leaders hold significant responsibility while carrying questions they rarely voice:
• Am I heading in the right direction?
• How do I manage the tension between who I am and what’s expected of me?
• What comes next and how do I navigate it?
Coaching offers a confidential, supportive space to cut through noise and overwhelm, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with confidence and integrity. For many senior professionals, this space isn’t a luxury - it’s a vital investment in sustainable, authentic leadership.
My understanding is shaped not only by coaching experience, but by years spent in senior management; living the pressures, the responsibility, and the quiet impact leadership can have. That lived experience informs the work, bringing empathy, realism, and a deep respect for what it means to lead while remaining human.
Support that meets you where you are
Whether you’re:
• feeling stuck or uncertain about your next step
• navigating change or transition
• rebuilding confidence after a challenging period
• carrying leadership responsibility and wanting to lead with clarity and purpose
• or finally ready to pursue a long-held goal
the work begins exactly where you are.
The coaching space is calm, practical, and tailored - a place to think out loud, test ideas, explore doubts, and reconnect with strengths that may have been overshadowed by pressure or expectation.
Progress looks different for everyone. For some, it’s energy and momentum. For others, it’s clarity and reassurance. What matters is creating a path forward that feels achievable, meaningful, and genuinely aligned with who you are.

What I Offer
Coaching with me is relaxed, flexible, and shaped entirely around what helps you open up and think clearly.
There’s no fixed agenda. You lead the way, and I bring tools and questions that help you explore what matters most, understand what’s getting in the way, and build confidence in your next steps.
How It Works
We start with a conversation — no pressure, no commitment. Just space to talk about where you are, what’s on your mind, and what you’re hoping to change.
If we feel like a good fit, we’ll shape a coaching journey that suits you. That might be weekly sessions, a structured programme, or occasional check ins. The pace is yours.
And Then What?
Well, that’s the million-dollar question, isn’t it.
Coaching doesn’t hand you a map—but it helps you draw one. Together, we’ll make sense of where you are, what matters most, and what’s getting in the way.
Bit by bit, you’ll start to see the steps ahead - clearer, and more importantly, your own.
There’s always a way forward. Sometimes you just need space and someone to help you find it.
