Supervision details

Starting out as a coach can feel exciting - but with so much to learn, its normal to have doubts and questions.

Am I doing this right?

Will I make an impact?

In my supervision sessions, I create a safe space to explore those feelings and build confidence, so you leave feeling clearer and more assured in your practice.

I work with coaches at all stages, but I specialise in supporting those who are qualifying, newly qualified, or just beginning their practice.

Supervision is not about judgment or ticking boxes; it’s about creating a space where you can explore your experiences, build clarity, and feel supported as you develop your skills.

If you’re working toward your qualification, the process can feel overwhelming. Assessments, competencies, and deadlines often bring pressure. I’m here to support you through that journey, offering reassurance and practical support so you feel prepared and confident every step of the way.

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the coaching models and frameworks out there. You might wonder which ones to use, or how to apply them effectively. Together, we’ll break them down in a practical way, so they become tools you feel comfortable and confident using; not something that adds pressure.

Coaching can also sometimes feel isolating, especially when client challenges arise. It’s natural to question yourself or replay conversations in your head. In supervision, we take time to reflect on those moments together, helping you learn from them and celebrate the progress you’re making.

And then there’s the bigger picture; building a sustainable coaching practice and planning for the future. That can feel daunting, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll focus on your long-term growth in a way that feels achievable and aligned with the coach you want to become.

I work within and adhere to the EMCC Global Code of Coaching Ethics, ensuring that everything we do is grounded in professionalism and best practice.

With over 20 years of experience in people management and coaching, and as an EMCC-accredited coach myself, I understand the realities of coaching from both a practitioner and supportive perspective.

I’ve supervised coaches at different stages of their careers; from those in training to experienced practitioners looking for a reflective space.

Supervision isn’t just about meeting requirements - it’s about giving you the confidence, clarity, and support to thrive as a coach.
