When life shifts, so does your sense of self. There’s often a quiet awareness that something no longer feels quite right, even if it’s difficult to explain.
You may still be capable, dependable and outwardly successful, yet finding yourself questioning whether the life you’re living reflects who you are now. A career changes. A relationship evolves. Children grow up. Priorities move. Or perhaps nothing dramatic has happened at all, yet something internally has shifted.
These are the moments that require space, curiosity and honest awareness.
I work with people navigating periods of change who want space to think clearly and move forward with intention. Many of my clients are in mid-career or mid-life transitions, reassessing direction, identity and what success means to them now.
Coaching in this space creates perspective. It allows you to pause and consider what is shifting beneath the surface and why. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to hold the conversation steady while you work through what matters most.
With over twenty-five years in the corporate world and lived experience of significant career and life transition myself, I understand how identity can become closely tied to roles, expectations and achievement. When those structures shift, it can feel disorientating, even if everything appears fine on the surface.
Our work focuses on clarity, confidence in decision-making and thoughtful forward movement. It isn’t about forcing change or having immediate answers, but about making steady progress that genuinely reflects who you are becoming and brings you back to yourself.
That is where transformation follows.
Outside of coaching, you’ll usually find me walking by the sea, journalling or spending time in nature with my dog. The space I create for myself informs the space I hold for others, reflective, calm and considered.

I also offer pre-designed workshops for organisations wanting structured, reflective sessions to support wellbeing and personal development.

I bring over 25 years of experience from the corporate and brand world, where I led teams, supported talent development, and coached individuals through career changes, confidence challenges, and periods of transition.
My formal coaching training and lived experience of navigating redundancy, reinvention, and identity shifts shape my calm, grounded approach. I continue to invest in CPD, reflective practice, and regular supervision to ensure my work remains ethical, effective, and aligned with best practice.

I offer a complimentary discovery call (45–60 minutes) by phone or video. This gives us space to explore what brings you to coaching, what you’d like to focus on, and whether we feel like the right fit for working together.
I work with clients through structured 1:1 coaching, typically over a cycle of six sessions, spaced fortnightly to monthly depending on your needs and pace. This format allows for consistency, reflection time, and steady momentum during periods of transition. One-off sessions are also available for returning clients or for specific areas of focus.
Most of my coaching is delivered online, with in-person sessions available locally. Walk-and-talk sessions are also offered for clients who prefer reflective, movement-based coaching.
Fees vary depending on the type of coaching you choose. All costs are outlined clearly before we begin, and block bookings or longer-term programmes are offered at a reduced rate.
