I’m Claire Jones, weight loss coach, motorcycle mindset coach, bestselling author, and creator of the YourOneLife Framework for Success.

I specialise in helping people who are highly successful in life and work, but who have struggled with yo-yo dieting and emotional eating, finally feel steady and in control.
My work blends health coaching, behaviour change, mindset tools, and lived experience, because I’ve walked this road myself.
After 25 years of dieting, I cracked the code in 2011. Since 2019 I've been helping others do the same.
I coach clients who are ready to go deeper than meal plans and temporary motivation. Clients who want to lose weight without obsession. Who want to learn how to trust their bodies again, even if they’ve tried everything before.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you work with who you are. My coaching is rooted in lived experience, and built around flexibility, safety, and long-term success.
Alongside weight coaching, I also specialise in motorcycle mindset, helping new, nervous, and returning riders (especially women) manage the fear that often arises after passing tests or returning from a setback. If your confidence vanishes the second you get on the bike? I get it. As someone who struggled to get to grips with it, I now use my expertise to support others through the same journey.
People often tag me in posts when they’re triggered by scale changes because they know I’ll reframe it with compassion and clarity. I teach scale sanity - how to treat the number on the scale as data, not judgment.
My clients say I bring accountability with heart... where self-leadership meets safety. I guide you with realism, not rules. You’ll never be shamed for checking in.
Above all, I teach you how to create emotional safety while doing hard things, whether that’s losing weight or learning to ride.
