I am a Wellbeing and Mind-Body Coach who is passionate about helping people cultivate more balance, joy and purpose in their lives.
I believe that reconnecting with our heart's desires and who we really are (beyond who life told us to be) enables us to create a life that lights us up and brings more ease and fulfilment to our days. I love to hold space to help you figure out what it is that you desire from your life, what patterns might be holding you back and what you need to move closer towards your dreams.
Our coaching sessions are not only about pushing forward to reach your goals, but also meeting yourself with more compassion and acceptance in the here and now. By cultivating more self-love and confidence, you can relearn to connect with who you truly are and your intuition, so the path towards your dreams and goals not only becomes clearer but also more enjoyable.

- BSc (Hons) Psychology and Counselling (Accredited by British Psychological Society)
- Health and Wellbeing Coach (Accredited by Association for Coaching)
- Reiki First Degree and Second Degree
- Integrative Somatic Parts Work Certificate
- Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate
- EFT Certificate (present)
- Experience in mindfulness, meditation, somatics, visualisation, and mind-body tools.

Additional information
£65 per hour.
