1:1 Coaching

My 1:1 coaching programme takes a holistic approach to the realisation of your dreams and presents a careful mix of scientific principles and spirituality.

Together we will embark on a journey through my 8-step process, combining the powers of your mind, body and soul so that you can manifest your true desires.

Each step of the programme consists of:​​

• A pre-recorded video class - this is sent to you at the start of each step for you to watch in your own time.  In the videos I guide you through the concepts, tools and exercises associated with the step.
• 2 x 60-minute coaching sessions - in our live coaching calls we will discuss the focus of the step and how you can apply your learnings to your life.  The coaching sessions are an opportunity for us to discuss any challenges you are facing and ways to move forward.
• Resource Pack – a pack full of life-changing material for you to explore in your own time including videos and films to watch, books to read, podcasts to listen to and articles to explore

For this option, we go at a speed that works for you.
