After a free discovery call and reduced price initial 1 hour taster session (£125) I ask all my clients to commit to a minimum 2 month programme of coaching weekly with me.

The price for this is £2,000 for 8 x 1.5 hour sessions with homework, Whatsapp support and me in your corner to speak and work through anything that comes up during our work together.

I find this is the minimum timeframe required to make some significant changes and to embed the tools that you'll need to continue to change, long after we finish working together.
