The most important thing my life coach helped me to realise was how negatively I talked to myself in my own head!

Just by being aware of the thoughts I have has made a huge difference to my life. Now, I can not only recognise the negative thoughts but I can try to turn them around.

This has increased my confidence enormously, and I'm also much more self-aware now.

Before I saw my life coach, I didn't recognise these thoughts and believed them without even questioning them. Now I treat myself much more kindly and my life coach has helped me to do this.

Both self-worth and confidence can be developed through confidence coaching with a professional. It may take some time to build upon your current confidence levels, but the amount you can gain from coaching is usually very rewarding - and is well worth the effort.
