About Me:

I am an experienced wellbeing, leadership and coaching psychology consultant, coach, lecturer and therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and organisations.

My work brings together coaching psychology, positive psychology and therapeutic approaches to support meaningful and sustainable change. With a background in psychology, education, leadership development, research and human flourishing, I combine evidence-informed thinking with practical tools that help people move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I believe lasting change begins with awareness, self-understanding and authentic action. I create a supportive, reflective and practical space where you can gain insight, develop confidence and take meaningful steps towards the future you want.

I offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call, giving us the opportunity to explore what you would like to focus on and how I may be able to support you.

I typically work with clients over a series of sessions, creating space for meaningful and lasting change. Many clients choose tailored coaching packages over a number of months, providing structure, continuity and ongoing support throughout their journey.

Individual sessions are available at £100 per session, with coaching packages also available for those seeking longer-term support and development. Working together over time can provide opportunities for deeper reflection, sustained progress and meaningful outcomes.
