About me
I work at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience and real, client-based experience, to help you move past what is keeping you stuck, whether a pattern of thought, a blocked ambition, or a life that no longer fits.
My background spans over 20 years across academia, therapy and coaching, underpinned by a PhD examining psychoanalytic theory (University of Essex), a BSc in Biomedical Sciences with Neuroscience, and training in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT. I bring the rigour of my academic grounding to work that is practical, with sessions shaped around you, and not a script.
Clients come to me for support with anxiety, confidence, ambition, life transitions, and deep change. I offer a complimentary initial conversation, so you can ask questions and get a feel for whether we're a good fit before committing to anything further.
