About me

Perhaps something in your life no longer feels quite right.

You may not be able to explain exactly what it is. On the outside, things may look perfectly fine, yet something inside you is asking questions.

Perhaps the way you have been working, living or relating no longer feels aligned with who you are. You may be questioning your priorities, your direction, your relationships, your work or simply why you do what you do.

At a time when the world around us is changing so rapidly, many of us are beginning to question assumptions we have carried for years. What once seemed obvious may no longer feel so certain. Success, security, achievement and even the identity we have built for ourselves can start to feel less meaningful.

Sometimes this happens through a crisis or major life transition. Sometimes it happens quietly, through a growing awareness that something deeper is asking to be understood.

You may not be looking for someone to give you answers. You may simply need a space to stop, step back and listen to what is emerging.

What if the real goal is not to change yourself, but to understand, accept and honour who you really are?
For more than 30 years, I have been helping people navigate change, develop greater awareness and find a more authentic and fulfilling way of living and working.

My journey began in the early 1990s as a psychotherapist and then evolved into life coaching, executive and leadership coaching, training and facilitation. Over the years, I have worked with thousands of people internationally, across cultures and sectors, including senior executives, leaders and private clients.

Today, I work with individuals around both their professional and personal lives. You may come to me with a career decision, a difficult relationship at work, a loss of confidence, stress, a major transition or simply a feeling that something no longer feels right. You may equally be dealing with a relationship, family issue, personal crisis or a deeper question about your direction in life.

I don't necessarily see these as separate. Our professional and personal lives are deeply interconnected, and what appears to be a problem in one area may have roots somewhere deeper.

Over the years, I have repeatedly seen that behaviour is often the visible expression of something much deeper. Cultural conditioning, beliefs, assumptions and patterns of thinking shape the way we perceive ourselves, others and the world—and ultimately the choices we make.

My role is not to tell you who you should become, nor to fix or change you. I create the conditions for you to pause, step back and see more clearly what may be happening beneath the surface. Through conversation, reflection, presence and, when appropriate, mindfulness, breathwork, embodied awareness and energy-based practices, we explore what may be ready to be understood, released or integrated.

I have always been fascinated by the intelligence of living systems. From an early age, nature has been one of my greatest teachers. I am continually struck by its ability to adapt, regenerate and find balance. A living system does not need to be forced into health; when the right conditions are restored, it has an extraordinary capacity to find its own balance.

I bring this perspective into my work with people.

Nature doesn't prescribe. It reveals.

Sometimes the most important thing we can do is stop, become present and listen to what is already trying to emerge.

I have been exploring mindfulness and consciousness for more than three decades, alongside my professional work. My approach is therefore grounded both in extensive experience and in a lifelong curiosity about human nature, awareness and the conditions that allow people to flourish.

I am also a writer and author. I am the co-author of 101 Coaching Strategies and Techniques and Dare to Rise: Reshaping Humanity by Reshaping Yourself, author of La Conscience du Magicien, and a contributor to publications including Forbes and HuffPost. Writing is another way I explore the questions that have guided my work for more than three decades: human potential, consciousness, leadership and what allows us to flourish.

I am bilingual in English and French and work mainly online, with the possibility of walking sessions in nature when appropriate and practical.

Whether you are facing a professional challenge, a personal difficulty or simply sensing that something in your life is asking for attention, you don't need to arrive with a clearly defined problem.

Sometimes, the first step is simply to create enough space to listen.

And from there, something new can become possible.

Executive & Organisational Coaching
Alongside my work with individual clients, I have worked for more than 30 years as an Executive Coach, Facilitator and Leadership Development specialist with international organisations across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and beyond.

My clients have included the United Nations in Geneva, CERN, the International Labour Organization, the University of Cambridge, ITER, HSBC, BNP Paribas, Société Générale, Accenture, PwC, the Pasteur Institute and Eurostar.

I work with senior executives, leaders and teams to develop greater awareness of themselves, their relationships and the systems in which they operate.

I believe that organisations are living systems. Their health depends not only on strategy and performance, but on the quality of communication, cooperation, relationships, diversity and trust throughout the system.

When something is not working, I am interested not only in the visible symptom, but in what may be happening underneath it.

Rather than immediately trying to change behaviours, restructure or impose another solution, I help leaders step back and understand the dynamics of the system: what is creating the current situation, what patterns are being reinforced, and what conditions might allow something healthier to emerge.

My work combines Systemic Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Mindful Leadership and a deep interest in living systems. I support leaders and teams in navigating complexity, improving relationships, managing conflict and creating the conditions for people and performance to flourish together.

I design and facilitate bespoke coaching and leadership programmes, working one-to-one with executives and leaders as well as with leadership teams and wider groups. I also facilitate conversations where relationships, communication or conflicting perspectives have become barriers to progress.

My approach is both gentle and challenging. I listen carefully, ask questions that invite reflection, and offer a perspective that may reveal what has become difficult to see from within the system.

Ultimately, my work is about creating the conditions for greater awareness, healthier relationships and more sustainable performance.

Nature doesn't prescribe. It reveals.

This principle increasingly guides my work with organisations. Living systems have developed extraordinary ways of adapting, cooperating, regenerating and maintaining balance. I believe there is much we can learn from them about how organisations can become healthier, more resilient and more human.

Initial conversation
Your first conversation with me is free and lasts 20–30 minutes. It is a relaxed opportunity for us to get to know each other, explore what is bringing you to coaching and answer any questions you may have.

You don't need to have a clearly defined objective. Sometimes simply talking about what is happening is the best place to start.

If we both feel that working together would be helpful, we can arrange your first session.

Sessions
Duration: 60–75 minutes
Investment: £120 + VAT

Sessions are mainly held online. When appropriate and practical, I can also offer walking sessions in nature.

Depending on what you bring to the session, our work may include conversation and reflection, mindfulness, presence, breathwork, embodied awareness or energy-based practices. I adapt the approach to you rather than following a fixed programme.

I offer limited email support between sessions when a brief exchange would help you continue reflecting on what we have explored together.
