About me

How do you want your future to look?

Do you need a reflective space to process what is going on for you?

What are you getting stuck with?

Are you feeling overwhelmed and need to find clarity?

I’m an intuitive life coach and can help you assess where you are currently and which direction you want to be heading and who want to organise their life in a way that is more manageable and less stressful.

My intuitive style of questioning gives my clients a reflective space to process what is going on for them. They find clarity and learn ways to help address any self-limiting beliefs which may be long buried for fear of the unknown, allowing themselves to regain confidence and get off the treadmill of mundanity and back into the driving seat for their personal and professional lives.

There’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach to life coaching as no two lives are the same, so no two sessions are the same. It allows my clients to be their true selves, to be listened to properly and gently challenged, whilst being supported by me and reminded of how much more they are capable of. You’ll enjoy feeling accountable for the actions you want to take, giving you a handle on your future.

What have you got to lose in finding out how to be a better version of yourself? Book a discovery session with me.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
