About me

I’m an intuitive life coach.

I will help you assess where you are currently and which direction you want to be heading. I work with clients who want to organise their life in a way that is more manageable and less stressful. And also help them get off the treadmill of mundanity and back into the driving seat.

The answers you find from my intuitive style of questioning will help you to explore fully your personal and professional goals giving you a sense of direction.

There’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach to life coaching as no two lives are the same. It’s a safe environment for you to be yourself and to be listened to properly. I listen for not only what is being said but also what is not being said.

You will find that when you vocalise your thoughts you can often hear what your mind is telling you for the first time, giving you a chance to notice a certain type of thinking, patterns of behaviour or emotions that emerge.

I will help you address any self-limiting beliefs which have been pushed aside, for fear of the unknown. But don't let that fear strike you out.

Our sessions are gently challenging and you’ll enjoy feeling accountable for the actions you want to take, giving you a handle on your future.

What have you got to lose in finding out how to be a better version of yourself? Book a discovery session with me.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.
