Hello, I'm Vicky.  I would love to help you release childhood and cultural conditioning to move forward in what truly matters to you.

What are the logistics?

We always start with an exploratory call, at no cost to you, to make sure we are a good fit before we get started. I usually do this by phone or Zoom.  If you have clarity on what you would like to work on, I will be guided by that.  If you are unsure what you want to achieve, but just know there is something you want to explore, I would recommend my signature package, Becoming Unbound, which can be tailored to suit those who want input on their professional lives, or not.

Becoming Unbound

This programme usually happens over a 3 month period, although we can do it in a short period if time allows.  Due to all the conditioning obtained over your life, this programme allows you to clear the decks and move forward in life, free of these past conditions.  In the signature programme we will:

• Clarify your values and goals.
• Identify your core beliefs and wounds.
• Remove unhelpful conditioning and programme your beliefs.
• Learn how to process emotions quickly and effectively.
• Get you into alignment with what you desire.
• Create a plan to keep you moving forward.

The programme consists of a comprehensive workbook, 1 x 1.5 hour and 5 x 1 hour long sessions, which take place either over Zoom, or at my client space in Hadleigh, Essex, as well as support between the sessions on WhatsApp.  The cost of this programme is £650. Graduates of this programme are then welcome to continue coaching with me afterwards at a reduced rate of £80 per hour.  The most common time frame for ongoing coaching is once a month.

A bit more about me

I am a Mum to a young daughter, love the sea, board sports, nature, looking after our planet & my own health, dancing to house music, yoga, spiritual conversations, my Healy, house plants, gentle parenting, energy healing and stuff like that.  I am more than happy for any of these topics to be brought into our work together (although I wouldn't take any advice from me on house plants!)

• Single session "Power hour" £150
• Coaching can be purchased by the hour. Ongoing coaching, by the hour is at a reducing rate, starting at £150 ph for the first session, then £130, £110 and then £90ph from session 4 onwards.
• Quotations available on request for workshops delivered in your work environment.  

I currently work within school hours on Mon - Thurs and then late evening on Mon & Tues.
