About us

Coaching for when the way you've always done things no longer works

Sometimes you know you are capable of more, but can't quite work out how to make things work differently. You may be stepping into a new leadership role, feeling overwhelmed by competing demands, struggling to turn good intentions into action, or simply wondering what comes next.

Jon Green works with people who are navigating these kinds of transitions and want to find a way forward that works for them.

Jon's coaching focuses on leadership development, transition coaching and working with neurodivergent clients, including people with ADHD. He understands that conventional ways of working don't necessarily suit everyone. You may have found that approaches that seem straightforward for other people can be surprisingly difficult for you — or that your strengths and challenges don't fit neatly into conventional expectations.

Coaching offers a chance to step back from the noise, make sense of what is happening and explore what might work better. Jon provides a calm, non-judgemental space where you can think out loud, challenge assumptions, experiment with different approaches and turn ideas into practical action. There is no expectation that you arrive with everything worked out.

Jon works with people through a wide range of transitions: moving into leadership or management, particularly from a specialist or clinical role; taking on greater responsibility; changing direction; moving from full-time employment towards a portfolio career or semi-retirement; or dealing with the less visible challenges of everyday working life.

His approach is practical and outcome-focused, but flexible enough to adapt to the person in front of him. Sessions have a clear purpose, while leaving room for reflection, curiosity and those unexpected insights that can sometimes make the biggest difference.

You don't have to become a different person to make things work better. Coaching can help you understand how you work best, make use of your strengths, find strategies that fit, and make changes that feel achievable and meaningful.

Jon's aim is simple: to help you gain greater clarity about where you are, where you want to go, and what you can do next.
