About me
Dealing with stress, pressure, or low confidence? I can help you take control of your mindset, so you can thrive in performance or handle life’s challenges.
I'm Tim, a HCPC-registered performance psychologist based in Hampshire. Through my practice, Psych to Perform, I work with athletes, professionals, and high-performers who want to understand what's going on internally and do something practical about it. Not just cope, actually improve.
A lot of the clients I work with aren't in crisis. They're motivated, capable people who've hit a ceiling: confidence, focus, decision-making under pressure, managing anxiety without it derailing them. That's where I come in. I provide psychological training to thrive.
You don't need to be falling apart to benefit from working with a psychologist coach. Sometimes you're functioning fine on the outside, hitting your targets, showing up, getting it done, but something isn't quite clicking. The edge isn't there. The pressure is building. You're not sure why.
My approach draws on performance psychology, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused coaching, strengths-based work and practical mental skills training. The aim isn't to eliminate pressure; it's to help you function well alongside it and use it.
