About us

Penny is an ICF-PCC Parenting Coach, Facilitator, Supervisor and Founder of The Parent Village a charity that works with parents to support their children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.

The Parent Village is here for you and will help you navigate your journey through parenthood in a way that builds on your own experiences, your values and culture allowing you to learn from evidence based strategies and form firm connections and friendships so you feel a little less alone and a little more equipped. Penny has been coaching and working with parents for over 10 years and works 1:1 and with groups.

Penny has a love of running and competes in trail events and the Kent Fitness League cross country season,  and is really enjoying being a parent of two entertaining teenagers.

Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.

As an independent coach and coach supervisor I have competitve rates for services shared in discussion with you.

for the Parent Village services as a charity our work is often grant funded or commissioned. We undertake fundraising in order to offer our services direct to parents at no or low cost. We accept donations for our coaching offer.
