About us
The Awareness Academy Ltd. is a coaching business focused on helping corporate individuals excel in their lives by raising awareness of who they are, their desires and creating an intentional life and career. Life gets to be fun and we are here to support your journey!
We support individuals to make courageous career moves, ask for what they want and get well-deserved promotions, excel in the interview process, and create balanced lifestyles filled with love, fulfilment and happiness.
Susanna, who leads The Awareness Academy, comes from a corporate IT background having worked across the globe in Australia, Singapore, Asia and the UK for large reputable software companies such as Citrix, VMware, and Salesforce, to smaller startups - in both leadership and individual contributor roles across sales and customer success. She understands the corporate landscape and what it takes to be successful, whilst managing overwhelm and burnout.
Having walked the path of climbing up the career ladder and navigating various challenges, Susanna understands how challenging it can be to manage both work and life.
It's through her own journey of self-discovery and working with various coaches, accrediting herself with various qualifications and an impressive list of clients, that she decided to follow her passion and support women and men in the corporate field to lead their most magnetic and intentional lives.
The Awareness Academy does this through tailored 1:1 coaching programs spread over 6 months, a group coaching program called The Intentions Accelerator starting in January 2024, and corporate workshops.

We run 6 month 1:1 coaching programmes, workshops, and recently, we have just run a wellness retreat in Thailand and have a course launching in January called 'The Intentions Accelerator'. We also have a guided journal which we use with our clients and this is also available to purchase individually.

These services are available:
1. 6 month 1:1 coaching package (12 sessions ranging between 60-90 minutes, meeting every 2 weeks).
Investment is: £3,500-£5000.
Included: customised coaching journal 'Intentions' and a bespoke strategy session (enquire to find out more)
2. VIP coaching Packages which include 1:1 coaching, a wellness retreat, the journal and a group programme (this can be tailored to the client).
3. One of 90 minute sessions for £250/session
