About me
Hello, I’m Sue. Would you like greater confidence, happiness and to feel in control of yourself, your life? I’ll help you to uncover and connect to what's truly important to you, and create ways to live life on your terms. So if you're not experiencing life like this right now, please read on.
It's common to hit roadblocks at times, where things feel out of whack or just not working as well as you'd like. Often, when things don’t feel right, at some deep level we're either disconnected to our core values, not meeting our own needs, or living other people's goals and dreams and not our own. Or perhaps you have ADHD or dyslexia and want to find more ways to play to your specialist thinking strengths and discover better coping strategies for when times feel tough.
When things don't feel great, it's common to feel one or more of the following:
- anxiety / stress / low mood
- lost
- like there's something missing
- low in confidence
- low motivation or low productivity
- concentration issues: lack of focus, procrastination, avoiding doing things
- relationships feel a bit off
- everything feels like a compromise
- life feels unbalanced
- like everyone else comes first
- unseen / not recognised / not heard
- a sense of growing discomfort, sadness, resentment, frustration or guilt
If any of these feel true for you, then coaching can provide dedicated ‘you time’ and the space to explore what needs to shift.
Together we'll work out what's going on and create ways for you to take back control of your life so you can feel great about yourself, your choices and your future.
If this sounds good then give me a call on 07826 206 753. Alternatively, send me an email or book your free 20 minute Discovery Call at the top of this page, and let's see if we're a good fit for each other.
Looking forward to speaking with you soon.
Warmest wishes,
Sue

Client Testimonials:
"Sue is an exquisite listener and somehow she always just knows what to ask next and gets a feel for what it is that I need in each moment. Sue exudes genuine enthusiasm and passion and generosity in how she coaches - I get the feeling that she is really with me 100 percent, she also shows great sensitivity and respect and patience when I have my 'tangle-mind' moments." EW
“I can’t recommend Sue enough. She has a large and welcoming personality, putting me totally at ease and I knew I was in a safe place to attend to my needs, which had been sorely neglected over the years. I owe Sue a wealth of gratitude for my newfound freedom.” AH
"I came to coaching as I was feeling somewhat lost and had lost my spark. Sue worked with me to provide a framework that could assist with me getting some control and enjoyment back into my life. The sessions with Sue were pleasurable and provided me with positive techniques specific to my needs and helped me identify the changes no matter how big or small that needed to take place.
Sue is very personable, and we connected immediately. She is empathetic and non judgemental and I can honestly say my life is better as a result of Sue's coaching. I couldn’t recommend her enough." SB
“I now feel more focused and calmer about the issues I came to see Sue about. I have more clarity and a definite action plan on how I am going to achieve my goals. I also feel much more positive about my current situation.” JO
“Coaching with Sue is like resetting the mind into a different way of thinking. I come up with different ways of doing things than I would have in the past. It’s like a mental refresh. It takes the weight off my shoulders and I come out less stressed: I have a calmer mind-set and a plan in place. Is my time with Sue valuable? 100% yes!” AP
"Sue is a person I immediately felt comfortable to start working with. She is highly skilled at the same time as being sensitive, flexible and creative. My sessions with her were very useful in achieving a more balanced and blessed life. Thank you!" CC
"When I found out about ADHD coaching, I had to at least give it a try. It's been a revelation! Sue is so warm, kind and encouraging. She has opened my eyes and my mind to my strengths; and given me more confidence in myself and the way my brain works in 2 sessions, than I gained in 12 years of conventional therapy. To have my thought processes affirmed, rather than criticised, has been overwhelmingly emotional. I felt for the first time that I had so much potential and I wasn't broken or stupid. Thank you Sue! I can't wait to continue our work together, already you are bringing out the best in me.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If you are thinking about trying coaching... GO FOR IT!!" LS
"I asked Sue for help when my relationship ended. It was an emotional time, and my thinking was certainly compromised. Sue guided me through a series of questions, asking me to notice certain aspects of my behaviour. This has triggered major positive behavioural changes for me." MS
"After the birth of my baby son I was struggling to cope with the adjustment to many aspects of motherhood. I have undertaken a series of coaching sessions with Sue to help me get back on track, and the process has been amazing.
Her patient, caring and practical approach has put me at ease right from the start. I would thoroughly recommend Sue to anyone who needs some support. The sessions have helped me to build my resilience and get my confidence back." VS
