About me

Hello, I’m Sue and I’ll help you to identify and work through the habits and thoughts that are preventing you from living life on your terms, and which are probably leaving you feeling frustrated, unhappy and unfulfilled.

Together we’ll discover how you can hear and trust your inner truth and connect to your heart’s desires, so that you begin to feel stronger and more alive.

If that sounds like a life you’d love to be living, then let’s speak.

Your coaching journey

You know in your heart that you’re a vibrant, capable person who wants to really enjoy all that life has to offer.

Currently, you’re likely to be feeling one or more of the following things:

  • low in confidence or self-esteem
  • a little lost
  • like there's something 'missing'
  • you don’t feel fully engaged in your own life
  • you’re focused on other peoples’ needs and aren’t meeting your own
  • no time for yourself
  • low motivation or lack of focus
  • not sure what you really want from your own life
  • like you’re compromising and not thriving
  • your relationship(s) feel a bit ‘off’
  • sadness, resentment, guilt or frustration

If any of this feels true, then coaching can provide dedicated ‘you time’ and the space to explore what needs to shift.

As your coach, my commitment to you is to help you get clear on what you want to achieve, and champion you to create the changes you want for yourself.

The commitment I ask from you is that you’re ready and willing to change. That you’ll take the steps and go the distance and to create a life you love living.

If you’d like to live from a place of greater confidence, integrity and happiness, then get in touch today. I’d love to help.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Warmest wishes,

Sue

Further information

"Sue creates a very open and safe atmosphere where I feel confident to talk about and work through things. I recommend anyone to try this and see for themselves the impact it can have in their personal lives." SS

“Sue is a person I immediately felt comfortable to start working with. She is highly skilled at the same time as being sensitive, flexible and creative. My sessions with her were very useful in achieving a more balanced and blessed life. Thank you!” CC

“Coaching with Sue is like resetting the mind into a different way of thinking. I come up with different ways of doing things than I would have in the past. It’s like a mental refresh. It takes the weight off my shoulders and I come out less stressed: I have a calmer mind-set and a plan in place. Is my time with Sue valuable? 100% yes!” AP

“Having a child has made me re-evaluate all my priorities, and having Sue to help me through the crazy, scary and challenging thoughts that fly around my head is proving to be invaluable!” RC

"I asked Sue for help when my relationship ended. I am reasonably self-aware, and I’d begun to notice a recurring pattern of behaviour on my part. I didn’t want to enter into another relationship without having addressed the behaviour.

It was an emotional time, and my thinking was certainly compromised. I was aware of Sue scribbling words and drawing pictures, untangling the threads of my confused mind. She can do that without her eyes leaving your face, and without breaking her focus on you. She’s listening and watching. And untangling.

She guided me through a series of questions, asking me to notice certain aspects of my behaviour. And then shared with me an observation, which for me was the critical insight. I uncovered a fundamental pattern of behaviour, and in the days that followed, I begun to realise the different ways it had affected me throughout my life.

I’m 52, and Sue enabled me to begin untangling some very wonky thinking that’s existed since early childhood. It’s still untangling. And it has triggered major positive behavioural changes for me." MS

“I now feel more focused and calmer about the issues I came to see Sue about. I have more clarity and a definite action plan on how I am going to achieve my goals. I also feel much more positive about my current situation.” JO
