Hello, I’m Sue, a professional Business and Life coach based in Warwickshire. I've been supporting people to make positive changes to their lives and careers since 2006.
How does it work?
We start with a free 30 minute session to discuss your coaching needs. I'll then email you a starting coaching questionnaire. This provides focus on the areas that you'd like to work on.
In our first session we'll go through your questionnaire, exploring what you'd like to have happen in coaching and the changes you'd like to make. At this point we'll decide what happens next. Some clients only need a couple of sessions, and some like to book a block of sessions, enabling a deep dive into one or multiple areas of life.

What to expect:
When coaching with me you’ll find a compassionate space to discover your own truth.
You’ll be asked questions that stretch your thinking, and you’ll find ways to connect to your deepest wisdom. I'll share things that I notice, so that you can get to know yourself better. This may also help you to discover new ways of seeing and doing things.
I’ll be on your team, and yet I’m not playing the same role as a friend, colleague or family member. You’ll gain a perspective that’s both objective and 100% focused on helping you to get what you want from your life. That’s the beauty of having a coach alongside you.
Where does coaching take place?
I see clients face to face in Stratford Upon Avon and surrounding areas. I also work with clients online or on the phone. I can come to your workplace for business based / executive coaching if that's your preference.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people like to come for long term work, over several months. Others choose to only have a few sessions. It depends on what you’d like to change or achieve.
However long your journey, my commitment to you is that I’ll go the distance with you.

Training, qualifications & experience
I've been professionally coaching and training since 2006, and before that I ran many business teams including sales, operations and support functions. As well as my private coaching practice I continue to work as an associate coach for a variety of organisations. I love working with individuals, couples and teams to bring out the best in each person or group.
Over the last decade I've developed my coaching skills in many areas:
- Life Coaching - to support you to overcome your blocks so that you be your best self, more of the time.
- Relationship Coaching - helping individuals and couples to take their relationships from struggling to good, and then good to great.
- Executive Coaching - supporting individuals and their teams to perform more effectively and feel more fulfilled in their roles.
- Business & Staff Coaching - helping individuals and teams to develop their skills and mindset to excel in their roles. I also coach on stress reduction and ways to increase both productivity and performance.
- NLP - supporting clients who want to make a specific change to their mindset using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
- Dyslexia and ADHD - helping clients to minimise the challenges of their dyslexia or ADHD and play to their strengths.

I offer coaching face to face, online and by phone, and I work with clients for 1-2 hours per session.
I also offer half day and full day deep dive sessions. These can be great to get momentum going on the changes that you want to make.
