I've been professionally coaching and training since 2006, working with a number of organisations as an associate, as well as running my private practice.
Before coaching I worked in business, managing sales, operations and support teams.
I offer both Life Coaching and Workplace Coaching.

I continue to deepen my skills and am currently working towards the Robbins-Madanes Training Core 100 certificate and Strategic Interventions' Advanced Relationship Coaching certification.
Areas of coaching I deal with
We'll typically meet for 50-60 minutes per session. We can work on Zoom, by phone or face to face in Stratford Upon Avon (COVID permitted). Fees are from £60ph.
Regular weekly or fortnightly sessions are great for generating focus, progress and momentum.
If you’d like to kick start your coaching journey or dive deep into one specific area, then half day and full day sessions are available by arrangement.
Facilitated group workshops are also available by arrangement.
