Coaching is a unique experience for everyone. Sessions are typically thought provoking, sometimes challenging and often fun. You may find yourself sat on the sofa with a pot of tea, up at the table with pens and paper, or out of your seat and using the space around you for inspiration. Whatever way we work, you'll find new answers to your problems and fresh ways of looking at things.
Why start coaching?
Most of us feel a bit lost or stuck at some point in our life. Maybe you're not feeling motivated, or you feel like you're not reaching your potential. Perhaps things are going well but it feels like something is missing? Maybe you just need a confidential place to download, or a sounding board for your next decisions? Or perhaps there's a big goal, challenge or change ahead where some extra support would be helpful.
It's at times like these that having a coach by your side, can be beneficial. Coaching helps you move forward with greater momentum than going it alone.
I’ll be on your team, yet I’m not playing the same role as a friend, colleague or family member. You’ll gain a perspective that’s both objective and 100% focused on helping you to get what you want from your life or business.
Coaching helps you get the results you deserve and sets you up for success. You'll get crystal clear on what you want, create motivating ways to achieve this, and have help to overcome any obstacles you are facing. You'll have the confidence to take your next steps and make the changes you want for yourself.
What to expect from coaching:
You'll find a compassionate space to connect to your wisdom and discover your own truth. You'll be asked questions that stretch your current thinking and help you find solutions that are perfect for you.
I'll share things that I notice and you'll get to know yourself better. You'll also discover new ways of seeing and doing things.
How many sessions will you need?
It depends on what you’d like to change or achieve. Some people choose to only have a few sessions. Other people like to come for long term work, over several months. However long your journey, my commitment as your coach is that I’ll go the distance with you.
Where does coaching take place?
I coach online, on the phone and face to face in Stratford Upon Avon. For business based / executive coaching I can come to your workplace if preferred.
Finding a coach that you feel safe to be open and honest with is really important. That's why we'll start with by having a chat on the phone or online, or meet up for a coffee if you're local. Once we know we're a good fit we'll book your first session and take things from there. :)
Training, qualifications & experience
I've been professionally coaching and training since 2006. I run my private practice and also work as an associate for various organisations. Before becoming a coach and trainer I worked in business, managing sales, operations and support teams. I've have also held systems change and process improvement roles.

- NLP Coach (Certified by AAINLP)
- ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring in the Workplace (Certified by Institute of Leadership and Management)
- Certified Clean Facilitator (Certified by Clean Change Company)
I continue to deepen my skills and am currently working towards the Robbins-Madanes Training Core 100 certificate and Strategic Interventions' Advanced Relationship Coaching certification.

Areas of coaching I deal with
I typically work with clients for 1-2 hours per session. By arrangement I also offer half day and full day deep dive sessions, which are great to get momentum on changes that you want to make.
