Hello. I’m Sue, and I help people to de-stress for more success.
I believe that we all have talents to share with the world and we’re most likely to be able to share these when we’re happy, relaxed and feeling confident.
However, at some point we nearly all experience some humps and hurdles in life, and these can cause stress and knock us off course for a bit.
For example, stress such as facing an unexpected loss – of a loved one, a relationship or a job. Or facing an illness; or feeling overwhelmed or stuck at work or with life. Or perhaps you just feel a niggling or constant sense of frustration or sadness with a certain part of yourself or your life. Or perhaps you're facing a new challenge and know you need to develop some stronger habits or beliefs to help you rise up and achieve this goal.
If you know you want to change, but you’re not making that change on your own, then having a coach can help you to navigate these times and find your next best steps. I’ve been successfully helping clients to improve their lives since 2006 and if you're ready to change, then I'd love to help you too.
What to expect:
First we'll relax your mind and body, releasing any pent up stress. Once you're relaxed you'll be able to access a greater quality of thinking and we'll work together to get clear on what you really want - and it's ok if you don't yet know what that is. Often people come for coaching to discover what it is that they truly want for themselves and their life. When this is clear, then we'll identify what's been stopping you or what's currently getting in your way. Finally we'll work together to address these challenges and create a compelling action plan so you're confident to take the steps you need to take to make your desired changes. Some people stop coaching at this point and some like the support of translating their plans into actions.
Through coaching you’ll find a compassionate space to discover your own truth. You’ll be asked questions that stretch your thinking, and you’ll find ways to connect to your deepest wisdom.
I may share ideas and concepts to help you make new connections or find new ways of doing things. I may also share things I notice about your thinking, so that you can get to know yourself better.
By having a coach alongside you’ll gain a perspective that’s both objective and 100% focused on helping you to get what you want for your life. I’ll be on your team, and yet I’m not playing the same role as a friend, colleague or family member.
I’ll help lift your spirits if things are tough and I’ll be right next to you celebrating when things are going as you’d planned.
My role is to help you to always take your next best steps and enjoy yourself on the way! That way you can de-stress for more success, shine bright and share your talents with the world.

Where does coaching take place?
I work online, by phone and I also often see local clients face to face in Stratford Upon Avon.
How many sessions will be needed?
Some people may spend time just getting clear on what they want and then they're off and running needing very little further support. Others, may spend several sessions working on overcoming obstacles, untangling thinking that no longer serves, and building the new thought processes and positive habits that ultimately makes taking action easy and straightforward.
Coaching is a flexible framework, that responds to your needs and goes at your pace. My commitment to you as your coach is that I will go the distance with you if you're willing to go the distance for yourself.

I've been professionally coaching and training since 2006, working with a number of organisations as an associate coach and trainer, as well as running my private practice. I love working with individuals, couples and teams to bring out the best in each person or group.
Before coaching I worked in business, managing sales, operations and support teams.

I continue to deepen my skills and am currently working towards the Robbins-Madanes Training Core 100 certificate and Strategic Interventions' Advanced Relationship Coaching certification.

I typically work with clients for 1-2 hours per session. I also offer half day and full day deep dive sessions, which are great to get momentum on changes that you want to make.
