About me

I’m an ADHD- and neurodiversity-informed coach and facilitator, supporting people to understand themselves more fully, work with their strengths, and create ways of living that are sustainable in the broadest sense.

I work particularly with adults with ADHD, whether diagnosed, self-identifying or exploring whether ADHD may be relevant to their experience. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disorganised, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or frustrated that everyday tasks and good intentions can feel harder than they “should”. You may also be managing a busy working life, caring responsibilities, big decisions, or a strong desire to make a positive difference without burning yourself out.

My coaching offers a warm, practical and non-judgemental space to make sense of what is happening, reduce shame and self-blame, and find approaches that genuinely work for you. We can explore priorities, habits, confidence, career and life changes, boundaries, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and how to turn intentions into manageable action.

A particular area of my work is Rejection Sensitivity. My Master’s dissertation focused on people’s lived experience of rejection sensitivity, and I offer one-to-one coaching and group courses for people who experience the intense emotional impact of perceived criticism, exclusion, disapproval or failure. Together, we can explore patterns with compassion, develop greater self-understanding, and build practical ways to respond when emotions feel immediate or overwhelming.

I also use Positive Intelligence (PQ) as part of my wider coaching approach. PQ offers accessible, repeatable practices that can help calm the nervous system, interrupt unhelpful automatic patterns, and create more choice in difficult moments. In ADHD coaching, this can be particularly helpful for emotional intensity, self-criticism, overwhelm and the cycle of avoidance or shame. This is not about masking or becoming less yourself; it is about building self-awareness, self-trust and healthier ways of responding over time.

Sustainability is central to my work. I have more than 20 years’ experience in sustainability and climate-related work, and I understand sustainability as more than an environmental issue. It includes the wellbeing of individuals and families, strong communities, meaningful work, enough rest and support, and living in ways that are possible to sustain over the long term. I support people who want to align their lives, work and values without expecting themselves to do everything perfectly.

I offer one-to-one coaching and group courses online, but can offer in person too, depending on geography. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you: you are the expert in your own life, while I bring careful listening, thoughtful questions, relevant frameworks and practical support.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an EMCC-accredited coach (EIA Practitioner) and hold an MA in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University (2022–2024). My EMCC accreditation reflects my commitment to ethical, reflective and professionally supervised coaching practice, alongside ongoing continuing professional development.

My Master’s dissertation explored ADHD coaches’ experience of Rejection Sensitivity and how this can affect coaching practice. This research deepened my understanding of the emotional impact that perceived criticism, exclusion, disapproval or failure can have, and continues to inform my compassionate, neuro-affirming approach to coaching.

I am an ADHD- and neurodiversity-informed coach, working with individuals who may be diagnosed with ADHD, self-identify as neurodivergent, or be exploring whether ADHD is relevant to their experiences. My coaching includes support with overwhelm, organisation, prioritising, confidence, self-advocacy, self-compassion, emotional intensity, career and life transitions, and developing more sustainable ways of working and living.

I also use Positive Intelligence (PQ) as part of my wider coaching approach. PQ (a 7 week app-based programme) offers practical, repeatable mental-fitness practices that can support greater self-awareness, help people interrupt unhelpful habitual patterns, and create more choice during stressful or emotionally charged moments. I use this within a person-centred, neuro-affirming coaching relationship, rather than as a one-size-fits-all solution.

Alongside one-to-one coaching, I have substantial experience designing and facilitating groups, workshops, reflective-practice sessions and peer-learning spaces. I coordinate the EMCC UK Oxfordshire Network, helping to deliver continuing professional development events, peer learning and community-building activities for local coaches. I also run group courses relating to Rejection Sensitivity and related areas of self-understanding and emotional wellbeing.

Before establishing my coaching practice, I developed more than 20 years’ professional experience in sustainability and climate-related work, leadership, team management, communications, stakeholder engagement and community development. This informs my commitment to supporting sustainable lives and work patterns: sustainable for individuals, families, communities and the planet.

My previous roles have included leading a team through growth and systems change at ClimateCare/Climate Impact Partners, working as a WeightWatchers coach running weekly community groups, as well as facilitating dialogue in post-conflict settings. These experiences have strengthened my ability to create calm, psychologically safe spaces where people can reflect, learn and make change at their own pace.
