About me
I am a Life Coach, as well as this I facilitate workshops and offer training across London and the UK. My main goal is to help improve your life through coaching and help find your purpose; both personally and professionally.
I use my lived experience of being a mixed race man from a council estate in North West London, combined with my professional experience of over 5 years in the mentoring and coaching space.
Representation is so important for many different reasons. There's a bit of a stigma that follows some Black and Brown people: We have to work harder than others to get opportunities, we can't be too loud, we can't be too quiet, we have to know how to act in 101 different situations, we have to just work it out on our own. If you are from the global majority and are worried that you'll be judged, looked down on or shamed for seeking any form of life coaching or therapy, Im here to say that it's ok to look at how you can better your life, get the support needed to create an even better version of you! I want to change the stigma. Having someone who you can relate to, have cultural similarities and represent some of the same values you do is crucial.
My life coaching sessions are tailored to the issues you want to work on. These sessions provide an open, safe space to discuss challenges and work together to create personal and professional goals.
We come together and create a plan that best suits your goals for the future. I help and guide you to make a step towards the future you want by introducing you to new techniques and tools that support you to achieve your goals. My work includes lots of discussions on what has gone well and what could have been better, so we’re constantly checking in and reflecting on targets and celebrating the small wins, small steps get us to where we want to go!
These sessions will guide and support you to find the tools to answer the big questions you may be carrying:
- Where is my life going?
- What is my next career step?
- How do I manage my time in the best way to prevent burnout?
We can work on topics such as:
- Building self confidence.
- Career direction.
- Conflict with work colleagues.
- Stress management.
I’ll be there every step of the way!
Sessions last for 1 hour and can be delivered on Zoom or in person.
I’m based in North West London, however, I’m happy to deliver sessions outside of this area.
There are lots of ways to ensure you can get the best out of your sessions, some of which are: being present in the sessions, allowing yourself to be vulnerable and it can help, but isn’t essential, to have a topic of discussion prior to the session that we can work on.
These sessions are a place for you to have space for reflection.

- Level 3 in Life Coaching

- Level 1 in Protective Behaviours
- Level 2 in Childhood Adversity and Trauma Informed Practice (ACEs)
- Training Provider (created resources and delivered)
- Over 5 years experience working with Young People between ages 10-18, both 1-2-1 and in group settings

Free initial in-person, telephone or online session
Additional information
Online sessions are £50.
In person sessions are £60.
6 in person sessions are £300.
Booking a number of sessions can sometimes be useful as this allows you to commit to a specific number of sessions and work towards your goals in that timeframe. However, booking individual sessions can also be helpful as you have the freedom to book them as and when you feel they are needed.
I'm open to whatever feels better for you!
