About me

Whether you've recently discovered you're neurodivergent, are feeling burnt out, or know your current career no longer fits, I can help you understand yourself, and recognise what you need to create a way of living and working that fits your unique rhythm.

I provide one-to-one coaching for neurodivergent adults online across the UK, or in person by arrangement in Cambridge.

Does any of this sound familiar?

I adapt my coaching to meet you where you are but perhaps…

Newly Diagnosed
You're making sense of a diagnosis, exploring your identity and wondering what comes next.

Career Change
You know something needs to change but aren't sure what that looks like or need support with your CV, interviews and finding work that genuinely suits you.

Workplace Support and Access to Work
Perhaps you're navigating communication challenges, managing workload or thinking about reasonable adjustments.

New to Leadership
Planning, prioritising, organisation or getting started on tasks feels overwhelming.

My coaching Works With Your Brain, Not Against It

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to neurodivergence.

My coaching is personalised, collaborative, neuroinclusive, strengths-based and practical.

Together we'll explore what works for you and develop strategies and actions that feel sustainable and right for you.

My role is to help you uncover what's getting in the way, recognise your strengths, and create practical solutions that genuinely work for you in your life and career.

There is no expectation to mask, perform or pretend.

Coaching is a space where you can show up as yourself and explore what genuinely works for you.

  • Autism
  • AuDHD

What Working with me Looks Like

Discovery Call

An initial relaxed conversation to understand what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit.

There will be no pressure to go ahead to work with me. It’s important that we feel we can work well together

One-to-One Sessions

Tailored coaching sessions focused on your goals, challenges and progress. Where it's helpful, I'll share practical tools, strategies and relevant theory. Sometimes we'll focus on action. Other times you'll simply need space to think things through. Both are valuable. Or it may just be that you want or need space to talk aloud. Either is fine and I’ll meet you where you are.

Practical Actions

Each session ends with agreed actions that feel realistic and achievable. They are designed to support your understanding of yourself or to help you move towards your identified goals

Sarah has been an incredible coach. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely at ease, allowing me to share my thoughts and struggles without any fear of judgement. I always felt understood and supported. She has helped me gain a much deeper understanding of both autism and myself. The tools and strategies she’s given me have been genuinely valuable, helping me navigate everyday life and manage situations I previously found challenging.

I’m really grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for guidance and understanding. Sally

Past Experience

I know what it feels like to question whether you're getting it wrong, to doubt yourself, and to wonder if you quite fit. I've experienced those moments myself throughout my career in the NHS and in management consultancy. I worked as an operations manager and management consultant for over 15 years in healthcare

I've navigated these feelings when shifting from education to work, from public to private
sector, learnt to be open about my dyslexia even when it felt uncomfortable to do so and left the security of the 9 to 5 to build my own business.

Sometimes workplace challenges aren't caused by capability - they're caused by different communication styles and different ways of processing information.

My Neuro-Inclusive Liaison Service brings together employees and line managers to improve understanding, rebuild working relationships and develop practical ways of working that benefit everyone.

Through individual and joint coaching sessions, I help both parties communicate more effectively and find solutions that work.
