About me

Hi there!

Firstly, thank you for visiting my coaching profile.

My name is Sandie and I am a Life Coach, a loving wife, a proud mum of two lovely little boys and I am incredibly passionate about people and their wellbeing; for the past 15 years (gulp!) I have been coaching people to live positive, more fulfilling and successful lives. Success is a different proposition for us all, however, one thing unites us:  don't we all want to feel great and live a life of fun, meaning and satisfaction?

However, if you are feeling frustrated, overwhelmed or disappointed with how things have become,  trust me, you are not alone.  We have all been there at one time or another - I most certainly have.  So many people are finding that modern living is getting them down.  Whether feeling swept along by the rat race and like you have little control over things (even more so now we're living through a global pandemic), it can seem like life is an uphill struggle, and it can be frustrating, especially when you see others around you enjoying a more balanced and happy life.

Before long exhaustion and stress can kick in and frustration can start to eat away at your confidence and self-esteem. You may even start to believe that this is just the way it has to be for you... Please don't believe it.

Having a life coach to help support you through the changes you need to make in your life may be just what you need.

If you answer yes to any of the following statements, then please get in touch and enjoy the turnaround in your life that other people have experienced after working with me.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

- Having travelled the world extensively I am well positioned to help you if any of your goals involve world travel.

- Having left a promising career within a secure and established International organisation to follow my dream of becoming my own boss, I have a good understanding of the challenges faced by those making a significant career transition of there own.

- Having recently returned to work after having had my second child, I am also in a great position to understand the challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, weaning and that of becoming a busy parent (whether employed or not, parents never stop working!). I advocate reducing stress and a living a healthy, balanced lifestyle in order to fully enjoy the gift and the rewarding nature of parenthood.

Praise for Sandie's coaching services:-

"I am very grateful for Sandie’s professionalism and dedication to coaching me. My life has definitely turned around for the better as I now have a new partner and a new job! Thank you Sandie!"  - Debbie, Executive PA, London. Coached on Relationships and Career.

"I was struggling in my interviews mainly due to nerves. This was having a knock on effect on what I was saying and how I was saying it. I decided to get help, and Sandie was able to take me on at short notice. Even after the initial session, I found my self-confidence increasing and learnt effective tips for the delivery of my answers. I found it incredibly easy to connect with Sandie and it was no coincidence that I later got a job offer from an Investment Bank. I would highly recommend her help.” - I.K., Economics & Finance Graduate, Manchester. Coached on Communication & Interview Techniques.

"I had no idea what I was letting myself in for when I started my journey with Life Coaching, but, with the supportive and friendly manner that Sandie has, I soon found that this was helping me reorganise my life. The gentle prodding and patient approach that was taken worked for me and I feel that this has been a sound investment which is helping me regain my life. This experience was the first time anyone brought home to me that it was OK to spend time on me!" -
Alan, Derbyshire.

"Dear Sandie, thank you so much for all support, you have opened my eyes to new possibilities and given me the confidence to get out there and achieve my goals. Not only have you helped me with my career; you have also helped me move forward with my personal life. I am so full of energy, drive and enthusiasm now that I know I will succeed at both – I alr
eady am! Thanks again for all your help."
- Chris, Manchester. Coached on setting up a business.

"Just like to say thank you so much for guiding me in the right direction.  I had become very dissatisfied with my life!  And after coming to see you for 6 weeks I now feel I have taken control again and I'm heading up the right path.’"- A. Senior, High Peak, Derbyshire.

"I can’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed the coaching sessions and how much I have learnt from them. You’ve given me such valuable skills that I’ll have for the rest of my life and I really can’t thank you enough for that. From the moment that I read your website I felt as though I would be able to connect with you and that certainly proved to be correct. I think that everyone should have a Sandie in their life. I think you’re absolutely fantastic!" - N.T.

"If you’re looking for a coach, but maybe you’re a bit unsure, my advise would be to give Sandie a call, you won’t regret it. I always recommend High peak Life Coaching to anyone looking to move forward with their life, as my experience with Sandie has most definitely helped me do just that. Sandie, I would like to wish you the very best of luck with your future and thank you again for all your help, support and continued enthusiasm." - Employment King

"Before meeting Sandie I wanted significant improvements in many areas of my life. Only 2 months ago life was overwhelming and I had no idea how to improve it myself or which way to turn. I was immediately shown how to select the areas of most importance to me by using simple techniques and quickly became aware of my personality, my needs, my interests and my desires, and soon I discovered what makes me tick in terms of career and interests, and my ideal career became very clear. I am now training and doing voluntary work in order to gain the skills and experience needed to follow my dream!!! It is great to now have clarity of thought and a clear vision of my ultimate goal. I am much more confident about myself, and my future, and am already well on my way to getting where I want to be. A big thank you to you, Sandie!" - Jo, Career Change Coaching

"Sandie, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for your professionalism, honesty and good work. It has been a pleasure working with you during the last few months and I have enjoyed it very much o
n both a professional and a personal level…  Sandie is caring, trustworthy and very supportive.  I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting life coaching."  - Eva, Greater Manchester
