About me
Picture yourself at your absolute best—thriving in both your career, and life, feeling in control. Each morning, you wake up ready to embrace the day with purpose and enthusiasm. Imagine yourself happier, performing at your best, calm and accomplished.
It’s possible, and it all begins with a caring conversation focused on your thoughts, feelings and needs.
I understand, it’s not always easy to prioritise yourself. With responsibilities pulling you in every direction—at work, at home—it’s easy to find yourself at the bottom of the list. But when you take the time out to work on your life-career, you spark a powerful ripple effect. It allows you to show up better, more assertively, for your team and for the important relationships in your life.
Working with me will provide you with an opportunity to reflect, explore and work towards what matters now in your work and lifestyle—to cultivate a mindset for wellbeing and achievement, to realise your hopes and aspirations.
I create for my coachees and supervisees a calm space at the side of hectic lives—a place to discuss your unique circumstances and do your best thinking. As an experienced coach adept at drawing out the best in people, I’ll support you as you take action to achieve your coaching goals while simultaneously prioritising your wellbeing.
Deeply curious, compassionate, grounded in optimism with a healthy dose of realism, my coaching is solution-focused and strengths-driven. Rooted in growth mindset, I aim to establish empowering relationships that inspire lasting positive change.
We discuss your progress openly, as equal partners, striking a balance between meaningful challenges— appreciating all strides forward and savouring the good in your life with gratitude.
An experienced Master Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching, committed to my own personal and professional development, I uphold the AC’s global code of ethics and professional practice.
The big question now is— is this your time to prioritise your wellbeing and success? If the answer is yes, drop me a line to arrange a good time to talk.
I offer 20-minute discovery calls to explore how we could work well together.

"Having decided that I wanted a career change I reached out to Sandie as I wasn't
sure how to approach it and it felt a little daunting to stop doing something I
studied at university and have done for the past 10 years to do something else. I
had no idea where to start however Sandie has helped put me on a path of
self-discovery and given me a new perspective on how I see myself, my strengths, skills and personality traits and how I can best harness these in my personal and
working life. I no longer feel daunted by the thought of changing my career I now feel excited and am in the process of making big changes in my life for the better." - Danielle Beer, Events Manager, Derbyshire.

"I was struggling in my interviews mainly due to nerves. This was having a knock-on effect on what I was saying and how I was saying it. I decided to get help, and Sandie was able to take me on at short notice. Even after the initial session, I found my self-confidence increasing and learnt effective tips for the delivery of my answers. I found it incredibly easy to connect with Sandie and it was no coincidence that I later got a job offer from an Investment Bank. I would highly recommend her help.” - I.K., Economics & Finance Graduate, Manchester. Coached on Communication & Interview Techniques.

Not only have you helped me with my career; but you have also helped me move forward with my personal life. I am so full of energy, drive and enthusiasm now that I know I will succeed at both – I already am! Thanks again for all your help." - Chris, Manchester. Coached on setting up a business.

"Before meeting Sandie I wanted significant improvements in many areas of my life. Only 2 months ago life was overwhelming and I had no idea how to improve it myself or which way to turn. I was immediately shown how to select the areas of most importance to me by using simple techniques and quickly became aware of my personality, my needs, my interests and my desires, and soon I discovered what makes me tick in terms of career and interests, and my ideal career became very clear. I am now training and doing voluntary work in order to gain the skills and experience needed to follow my dream!!! It is great to now have clarity of thought and a clear vision of my ultimate goal. I am much more confident about myself, and my future, and am already well on my way to getting where I want to be. A big thank you to you, Sandie!" - Jo, Career Change Coaching

Further areas for coaching:-
- Having travelled the world extensively I am well positioned to help you if any of your goals involve world travel.
- Having left a promising career within a secure and established International organisation to follow my dream of becoming my own boss, I have a good understanding of the challenges faced by those making a significant career transition of their own.
- Having recently returned to work after having had my second child, I am also in a great position to understand the challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, weaning and becoming a busy parent (whether employed or not, parents never stop working!). I advocate reducing stress and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle in order to fully enjoy the gift and the rewarding nature of parenthood.
