About me

I work with thoughtful, capable people who want to move forward in their work or wider life, but find that familiar patterns can get in the way — often despite insight, effort and having tried a range of strategies.

This can be particularly relevant in professional and leadership contexts, where you may be navigating greater responsibility, complexity or change. You might find yourself overthinking or second-guessing, struggling to trust your judgement, taking on too much, or responding in ways that don’t quite reflect how you want to show up — particularly in the moments that matter most.

My approach is integrative, sitting at the intersection of coaching and therapy. This means we can focus both on where you want to go and on understanding what may be making it difficult to get there.

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which offers a way of understanding the different parts of ourselves that shape how we think, feel and respond. Rather than trying to override patterns such as self-doubt, perfectionism or overthinking, we can become curious about what drives them and the role they may be playing.

Alongside my professional training, my understanding of this work is also informed by my own lived experience, including receiving a diagnosis of ADHD later in life. This has deepened my appreciation of the complexity of how we experience ourselves, and the importance of working with, rather than against, these patterns.

From there, we focus on how you want to move forward — whether that involves how you lead, make decisions, navigate change, relate to others, set boundaries or make choices about what you want next.

The aim is not simply greater insight, but greater choice: helping you develop the clarity, confidence and steadiness to respond in ways that feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to live and work.

I offer a free 30-minute initial conversation so we can explore what you’re looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

I often work with people navigating complexity, change or uncertainty in their professional lives — particularly when they know something needs to shift but aren’t yet clear what that looks like.

This might involve stepping into greater responsibility, questioning what you want next, making a difficult decision, or finding that familiar patterns such as overthinking, over-responsibility, people-pleasing or self-doubt are affecting how you work or lead.

I also work with people who appear capable and confident externally but experience something rather different internally. Together, we can explore what may be getting in the way, while keeping sight of how you want to move forward.
