About me
I offer an integrative approach that sits at the intersection of coaching and therapy.
I work with thoughtful, capable people who are not moving forward in the way they expect — often despite insight, effort, and having tried a range of strategies. This is often particularly true in professional or leadership contexts, where the stakes can feel higher and patterns more entrenched.
You may find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, or responding in ways that don’t quite reflect how you want to be — particularly in the moments that matter most.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which offers a way of understanding the different parts of ourselves that shape how we think, feel and respond.
Alongside my professional training, my understanding of this work is also informed by my own lived experience, including receiving a diagnosis of ADHD later in life. This has deepened my appreciation of the complexity of how we experience ourselves, and the importance of working with, rather than against, these patterns.
Rather than trying to override these patterns, we work to understand them. From there, change often feels more natural, more sustainable, and more aligned with who you are.
Alongside this, we focus on how you want to move forward — in a way that feels clear, grounded and workable in the context of your day-to-day life.
This work can support greater clarity, confidence and steadiness — both in how you navigate your work and your wider life.
I offer a free 30-minute initial session so we can explore what you’re looking for and whether this feels like a good fit.
