Supervision details
I am currently completing a Diploma in Clinical Supervision and offer a reflective, collaborative supervision space for coaches and other practitioners working in relational or people-focused roles.
My approach is grounded in both ethical practice and the realities of day-to-day work, supporting you to step back, think clearly, and navigate the complexity that comes with working closely with clients.
In our work together, we may explore client material, patterns that emerge across your work, and your internal responses as a practitioner — particularly in situations that feel challenging, uncertain or demanding. Alongside this, there is space to consider professional judgement, boundaries, and ethical decision-making.
I bring an integrative perspective, drawing on both coaching and therapeutic approaches, and my work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) where this is helpful and relevant.
This work is particularly relevant for those integrating coaching and therapeutic approaches in their practice.
Alongside reflection, there is a focus on how you want to move forward in your work — supporting greater clarity, confidence and steadiness in your practice.
