About me
Know that you need change but are not sure where to start?
I support people who desire change, to get clear on what they want and the limiting beliefs holding them back so that they can get out of their way and succeed. I’m the coach I wish I had when I decided to walk away from a 20-year career in Tech. I understand what it’s like to feel frustrated, knowing you want change but not sure where to start.
I'm Sabina, an accredited Coach based in London and Madrid.
I am passionate about guiding you through your thoughts using my calm yet challenging approach. I will create a safe space to explore your thoughts, but I will also challenge you to face what still holds true for you and what you can let go of.

A 6-week container @ £450. 6 weekly sessions.
A 3-month container @ £600. Fortnightly sessions, with shorter check-in calls between and optional online coaching/accountability Mon-Fri.
Single one-off sessions @ £90.
