About me

Coaching Informed by Psychology, Inspired by Nature

As an Integrative Wellbeing Coach, I combine Positive Psychology practices with the wellbeing benefits and grounding qualities of nature to help you move forward and achieve meaningful change.

You may feel stuck, low in energy, or uncertain about a decision. Perhaps you're facing change—or want to create change—but aren’t sure where to start. Coaching can support you through these real life challenges

We may explore different ways to identify your strengths, reflect on what they mean for you, and consider how to build on them in areas that feel challenging.

We might use nature-based images to uncover insights together online.

We may talk together outdoors, letting the fresh air and landscape gently shape our conversations.

Research shows that spending time in nature has powerful benefits for our mental and emotional wellbeing. There’s also established evidence for the specific value of taking coaching conversations outdoors.

You might be drawn to this approach if you:

  • Feel a deep connection to nature and want to tap into it during your coaching journey
  • Are curious about nature but feel disconnected and want to re-establish that relationship
  • Work online or spend long periods alone and want to bring more balance into your life
  • Have tried other forms of coaching and are curious about the additional benefits of working with nature
  • Want to explore Outdoor Coaching but aren’t sure how it might work for you

I work online or outdoors, using accessible natural spaces that bring an added dimension to the Coaching experience.

If you're curious about working in nature but feel unsure about how it would work for you, I'm happy to talk through any practicalities or concerns. There are many ways we can address potential barriers to participation—far too many to list here—so I approach each situation individually, working with you to co-produce a way of working that feels supportive, accessible, and right for you.

To begin, we always start our work together online, before considering a move outdoors.

Training, qualifications & experience

My career has woven through youth work, holistic therapies, statutory sector roles, wellbeing coaching, and management—always with a focus on supporting others in meaningful and compassionate ways.

Nature has been a constant companion throughout my life and work—offering support in times of challenge, inspiration during transitions, and a source of everyday joy. This deep personal connection now forms the heart of my coaching practice.

While Outdoor Coaching is a newer part of my professional offering, my interest in this approach has grown steadily over recent years and became a central focus during my MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. My research explored the lived experience of barriers to participation in Outdoor Coaching and access to nature-based spaces—insights that now inform my inclusive and adaptive coaching approach.

Our Discovery Call

This is our first opportunity to meet — a relaxed, 20-minute conversation held online. There is no charge for this.

During this time, you’ll have the chance to learn more about me, the psychological models that inform my work, and why I’m passionate about coaching in natural, outdoor spaces. I’ll also share a little about my overall approach to coaching and how I aim to create a supportive, collaborative space.

You’re welcome to talk about what’s bringing you to coaching — any current challenges, concerns, or hopes you may have. This is a space for you to begin to explore what you need.

Together, we can also discuss whether online sessions, outdoor sessions, or a blend of both would suit you best

Outdoor Coaching - Coaching for Connection

This is Your Space.

Step away from the noise, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner world—supported by nature and thoughtful coaching.

We begin with a 30-minute Online Coaching Mapping Call (£30). This is where we further explore your goals, and start shaping your unique coaching journey. We’ll talk about your strengths, direction, and any practical needs—like accessibility, location preferences, and whether woodland, water, or city parks feel right for you.

From there, we’ll plan your first 90-minute Outdoor Coaching Session (£90). Together, we’ll meet in nature—walking, rolling, or sitting as feels right—to explore:

  • Where you are ↓
  • Where you want to be →
  • Your next best step ⇆
  • Your Guiding Nature Metaphor 🍃

This is coaching that moves with you—blending intention, presence, and the power of the outdoors.

Online Outdoor Coaching - Coaching for Connection

Bringing Nature Into the Online Space

Even when we’re not physically outdoors, nature can still be a powerful ally in coaching.

In this 60-minute online session (£60), we’ll begin by exploring your goals and what you hope to gain from coaching. From there, we’ll use nature as a resource to support reflection, insight, and wellbeing. Together, we might:

  • Explore where you feel connected—or disconnected—from nature
  • Use natural imagery and metaphor to deepen understanding
  • Discover ways to reconnect with nature’s rhythms, even while indoors

This is a space for you to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity—supported by nature and guided coaching.

We’ll explore:

  • Where you are ↓
  • Where you want to be →
  • Your best next step ⇆
  • Your Guiding Nature Metaphor 🍃

Ongoing sessions - Online or Outdoors

Sometimes a single session can be just what you need to bring in clarity, decide next steps and move forward, but we can also agree what a longer coaching journey and further sessions could look like for you.
