About me
Are you excited about making changes and improvements to your life? Or does it feel a bit scary? Perhaps coaching feels like a big step for you or maybe it’s just the next action in your journey – whichever it is I’m here to guide and support you.
Life Coaching…
helps you to live your life with joy and a greater sense of fulfilment. As your coach I work alongside you to gain clarity, identify what’s important to you and discover more choices about how to engage with the world.
Let’s find and challenge those limiting beliefs that are holding you back so you can create lasting change. Learn tools that will help develop your mindset; giving you the skills to draw upon regardless of what life presents. When you improve things in one area of your life you often find that other areas improve too.
Aspects I can help you with:
- Personal development and mindset
- Living the life you want, with more clarity and a greater sense of purpose
- How to deal with (unwanted) changes
- Improving relationships and communication
Why I got into coaching
With a wide range of interests I have pursued many different roles; I couldn’t choose just one thing that I wanted to do for my whole working life. I used to see this as a bit of flaw but actually I began to recognise that there were many benefits - I tried new things, there was always something to learn (one of my passions), I became adaptable and I was constantly developing. I now have a wealth of skills to draw upon which helps me serve my clients.
One thing that has been a constant is the importance of well-being; mine and other peoples. Working hard is all well and good but if you don’t take care of yourself then everything loses it shine. My aim is to help and support you enjoy the many facets of life, not just focus on work. I've come to realise that how I lead my life is far more important than my job title.

It's important to recognise that successful people have coaches - working with a coach isn't a sign of weakness. Coaching is an empowering process and will have a massive impact on improving all areas of life, not just the area being coached on.
What my clients say...
*My recovery from being a tearful, frightened new widow to being a settled, happy and ready for life woman is, in large part, down to you and I can't imagine where I'd be without your steady, persuasive approach. (Judy)
*Time to reflect on everything that was happening and acknowledge that how I was feeling was normal and within my power to control. An opportunity to consider options and understand that there are no “rules” about what I do and when. I learned that my personal well-being is key to ensuring that I can do my job and support my family, therefore to give this serious time and consideration. I'd not previously thought about how important my hobbies were to me. (Judith, Head Teacher, SEN specialist school)
*I had my development day last weekend which was very scary but I think I got through ok. Just an assessment day to do this weekend and then i will be a qualified level 1 British cycling coach! I nearly didn't go as it was creating quite a lot of anxiety but I guess that is part of developing and growing. Still feeling quite awkward talking to groups of people but getting better. I'm getting so much more than cycling based coaching from this and I'm already applying it to my current job. I wouldn't have got this far without your help so would just like to say a huge thank you and I'll be in touch soon to see what the next step is.
Thanks again, Chris
*I found it useful to take time to organise my thoughts and prioritise issues. It was helpful to set steps for how to solve my problems (Gina, PGCE student)
*I now have a plan of action for managing the move into retirement (Val, Head teacher)
*I'm more relaxed knowing I have control over the goal and it doesn't matter what others think or do (Kathryn, Assistant Head teacher)
*Excellent workshop. Thoroughly motivating, inspiring, challenging. It really helped me break down my priorities and truly acknowledge the areas I need to work on (Vanessa, Cardiac Physiologist)
*I found it useful to have the time to sit and gather my thoughts into an organised plan and focused direction to head in (Natalie-Claire, Engineer and Coach)
*Another great session. Delving deeper into aspects of my life that I feel are currently lacking and seeing a clear path through. Rebecca is one of those people you feel naturally drawn to and can't help but like. This is one of the many strengths that helps make her coaching so effective. None of the "tasks" and pointers feels arduous or a pointless exercise but instead are cathartic, reassuring and I personally always felt inspired and lighter for our sessions. (Leigh, Teaching Assistant)
