About me
I am an experienced and professional Positive Psychology Coach specialising in executive coaching AND coaching for wellbeing.
- Are you looking at a transition, whether it is a new role, a new business, or facing an empty nest?
- Are you feeling overwhelmed, or finding it difficult to find that balance?
- Do you lack confidence or worry you are not good enough?
- Or are you just not satisfied with where you are and not sure what you need to get out of that rut?
If any of these is a yes, then do get in touch.
My coaching has been described as calm, yet challenging. When you work with me, you can be assured that everything we do is underpinned by an evidence base and that I truly care about my clients, whoever you are.
Oh, and you take the driving seat on direction – I have no agendas or set coaching programmes, which means that everything is tailored around what you want and need at each and every session.
In addition to coaching individuals, I teach positive psychology coaching with the Institute of Positive Psychology Coaching (giving ICF accreditations), and also coach on Leadership programmes with INSEAD Executive Education.
When I am not working my passions are wellbeing, nature, wild swimming and diving. I love travel and have lived and worked in more than six countries. Now I am based in Devon but my clients are all over the world. They range from 16 to over 60.
I am also a published author, contributing a chapter on how gardening can improve wellbeing in the Routledge International Handbook of Wellbeing Arts, co-writing a chapter on post traumatic growth and wisdom in a book on Adventure Psychology, and two research papers, one on scuba diving and wellbeing published in 2020 and more recently in 2026 one examining the effects of shame and identity following trauma on the wellbeing of individuals.

Additional information
My fees do depend on availability and the number of sessions booked. They are for a full hour, but I can arrange 90 minute sessions or whole mornings if you have a group of people that need coaching. Talking to me is the best way of working it all out. I try to be as transparent as possible.
I can also bill in Euros and Dollars if required.
Further information
I always offer a free of charge chemistry call to see if we get on well, and can form trust.
Although most of my clients are individuals online, I am very happy to discuss running individual sessions in nature or facilitating sessions in organisations to improve wellbeing, balance or improving focus and performance.
