About me
I help women achieve real success without sacrificing themselves in the process. Many of the women I work with are leading in fast paced industries like digital and tech, but this is for any woman who has worked hard to get where she is and wants her success to feel as good on the inside as it looks on paper.
You have built something you have worked hard for. You are leading, delivering, proving yourself, and when you are in your element it feels incredible. But somewhere along the way it started to feel like a choice: keep climbing, or actually enjoy your life.
I know because I have been there too. My coaching business grew out of my own years building businesses and teams inside large organisations, and the specific weight that comes with holding a demanding role while trying to hold onto some kind of balance.
I bring together coaching and counselling skills with an applied understanding of neuroscience to work with the whole person in front of me, not a template. Research consistently shows that the relationship between coach and client is one of the strongest predictors of whether coaching actually works. This isn't a free download, a workbook, or a self led course, it's a real 1:1 relationship, built and adapted around you, session by session.
I hold an ICF Level 2 coaching qualification and Level 3 in counselling skills, alongside my own background in senior leadership. We all show different sides of ourselves at work, at home, in different rooms, our brains are wired to adapt depending on who we're with and what's expected of us in that moment. What matters is that none of those parts come at the cost of another, and that's what my coaching is built around.
You don't have to pick a version of yourself here, work, home, the parts you don't always show, it all has a place. My background in counselling skills means I can hold stronger emotions if they come up, and help you see the patterns driving them, without this becoming therapy. This is coaching: forward moving, practical, and focused on where you want to get to.
Together we can work on:
- The thinking patterns that keep you stuck, wherever they show up in your life
- Boundaries that actually hold, and stay held
- Confidence and decision making under pressure
- Relationships, identity, and what you need to feel like yourself again
- Navigating change, whether that's a promotion, a return to work, or a shift you haven't named yet
Every coaching relationship is different. You choose what we focus on, and we go at the pace that works for you. What you leave with are tools and practical strategies you can keep using long after our sessions end.
Sessions are 55 minutes, held over Zoom and are typically fortnightly or monthly, and you can book a single session, a set of sessions, or a recurring slot.
If any of this sounds familiar, book an intro call. It's a chance for you to ask any questions, and for us to talk and make sure we're a good fit for each other before you commit to anything.
Training, qualifications & experience
I bring together formal coaching training and counselling skills, with an applied understanding of neuroscience, and over 15 years of hands on senior leadership experience.
- ICF Level 2 trained coach, working to the International Coaching Federation's core competencies and ethical guidelines
- Level 3 in Counselling Skills, giving me a deeper, more attuned way of listening and holding space, and an applied understanding of neuroscience that shapes how I work with the thinking patterns and beliefs underneath the goals you bring me
- Over 15 years in senior leadership, including digital and ecommerce inside large organisations, and building my own business. When you talk about the pressure of growth targets, demanding projects, or always on culture, I have lived it, not just studied it
- Currently working as an associate coach alongside my own private practice
Member organisations

Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. "Olivia created a space where I felt safe enough to examine my life in new ways. She skilfully helped me move beyond reflection into real changes around my boundaries and decision making. Her support has made a tangible difference in my confidence." - Emma S.
