My background is in understanding human behaviour rooted in Criminology, Psychology and Sociology. Throughout my career, I have used this passion to support people with change and to achieve their goals.

 I will support you to identify your best thinking and apply it to your personal and professional growth.

I am a Leadership and Development Coach and an NLP Coach. I am also a qualified Executive Coach trained to ILM 7 level.

My coaching philosophy is based on my passion to support people to be their best and that we all have the resources we need to achieve our own definition of success and to be our best self. I believe that people are the greatest asset in any organisation and their true engagement will shine through and result in a productive, high performing workforce that is happy and stable.

My approach is based on getting to know my clients, understanding their goal and championing them to get there in a way that truly reflects their own values and best-self.

I coach people who are motivated to invest in themselves, want personal insight and want to utilise that to be their best. They want to feel fulfilled and purposeful. They want what they do to be aligned to their true values. They want their decision to be driven by authenticity so their passion for their purpose shines through and their performance, productivity and engagement with others generates energy and results.

In order to provide my clients with a deeper level of self-awareness I qualified as a Lumina Learning Practitioner. A personal report and interpretation provides clients with a fascinating insight into their personality on various levels offering the opportunity to understand our natural approach and how it impacts our interactions, communication and relationships..fascinating stuff.
