About me
Using a blended approach of coaching, consulting and mentoring I help people to take themselves to the next level in business and in life, no matter where they are today.
I'm an experienced business professional and world traveller, which has given me a broader perspective and challenged my own notions as to how we 'should' live our lives. I believe that everyone has genius inside them and my goal is to help clients unlock this potential.

I offer a free discovery call where we can get to know one another a little bit better before deciding if we'd like to work together. And if we do, I typically work with clients on a weekly basis.

- Certified Professional & Business Coach (ICF ACTP Certificate)
- CELTA Qualified Teacher
- Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 Coach
- Diploma in Personal Fitness Training
- BA Sports Leadership
Experience:
- 18 years of franchise industry experience, spent training, mentoring, coaching and supporting business owners, from start-up to multi-million pound businesses
- Operating my own multi-unit franchise businesses for 8+ years and taking them to a sale
- 3 years as Chief Operating Officer for an international franchise business with over 330 franchisees, over 34 countries and with a group turnover of $43 million
- Experience in both B2C and B2B franchise businesses
