About me
As a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor with 30 years of business experience I am currently studying a 1 year postgraduate EMCC Accredited Course, Therapist to Coach, Senior Practioner, and now offering Coaching within my existing practice. My integrated approach will facilitate your exploration of past and present experiences and their impact on your mental well bring whilst also indentifying future goals and nurturing personal strengths and values to actively craft a more fulfilling life.
My approach is person-centred at all times, tailored to your unique needs. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore thoughts, emotions and future aspirations that will lead towards positive change whether professionally or in your personal life. I will sometimes be curious as a way of helping you to explore your thoughts and ambitions but always respect your autonomy in charting your own journey.
